I had an absolutely incredible experience at City Grill and Wings in Concord! The honey barbecue wings were the perfect balance of sweet and tangy, and they were served piping hot, just the way I love them. I ordered 10 wings, split between Cajun and honey barbecue flavors, and every bite was packed with flavor. The onion rings were cooked to golden, crispy perfection, making them a perfect complement to the wings.
Not only was the food phenomenal, but the service was also top notch. The young gentleman working at the end of the counter went above and beyond by checking in on me to make sure everything was up to standard, and it absolutely was. The restrooms were clean and smelled good, and I was impressed by the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. To top it all off, I received three ranch dips without any extra charge, which was a pleasant surprise.
Every aspect of my visit exceeded my expectations, from the food to the hospitality. The employee treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel valued as a customer. I can’t wait to come back again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone craving delicious wings and excellent service.

I ordered a dbl cheeseburger an angus burger with 2 orders of fries with cheese and a 10 piece wing with mozzarella sticks. The store was maybe 20 mims from my house but took uber over a hour. All the food was cold the cheese fries were a joke. Literally it had a sprinkle of cheese so i basically got regular fries. Would not recommend this establishment

The food was amazing! I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich similar to the photo they have posted on their menus. It was spicy and full of flavor without the kick of burning your mouth. I also ordered 10 wings. I was unsure about what flavors to get since they had so many to choose from. The service was excellent and the young lady behind the counter was very polite and helpful in making my order decision.

I ordered multiple items from this restaurant for delivery. I waited 1.5 hours to receive my order to which we realized it was only one bag with 3 boxes and should have atleast had 4 boxes (ordered a Greek wrap, wings, kids chicken tender meal, fried pickles and extra side of fries) as my husband started opening stuff to see what was missing I was already calling the delivery driver to see if he forgot something who told me that the restaurant only gave him one bag with 3 boxes and a drink. So I hung up with him and called the restaurant to which the lady that answered the phone literally argued with me
1. That I did not order a “kids meal” that I ordered a 2 piece chicken tender with a drink so there wasn’t supposed to be any fries.. if you look at the posted picture of the menu the amount that I paid for the “2 piece” is the exact amount of the kids meal that comes with the drink and fries.. when you try to place an order for chicken tenders – the smallest amount you can order is a 3 piece and it does NOT come with a drink.
2. She told me that the delivery driver must have stolen my food because she packed everything. She went on to tell me that the bags that use can only hold 3 boxes. So if one was missing he opened the bag and took something out.. I then explained to her that she was making any sense because she’s saying the bag only holds 3 boxes- but was telling me that I should have had 4 boxes and a side container of fries, which would mean that I should have had another bag.. she didn’t understand why this wasn’t making sense or adding up..
3. after literally her arguing with me that I was wrong about the number of bags / boxes I should have had and telling me again that the delivery guy stole my food- I asked her to speak with the manager… she told me I couldn’t speak to the manager because the manager was dealing with customers. I stated that I was a customer that already paid for her food and didn’t get my correct order, to which she responded while you can’t speak to her because she doesn’t speak any English.. I told the lady on the phone that was fine that I spoke Spanish.
4. Manager gets on the phone speaking only Spanish and told me that once again the delivery guy stole my food.

First time here. So you know I’m being honest. First these reviews on here that have 4 or better stars are lies. Second look at the wings. Nice size yes. But the sauce for my honey teriyaki wings are the only flavor. There is no seasoning at all. Same for lemon pepper wings. Onion rings are good until they get cold. They are soggy and greasy. The drink is the best thing I had on my meal. Definitely too pricy. I paid almost 20 bucks for garbage. Happy to say I won’t be back. And I heard that this use to be Chex grill. They never should have changed it to this sub par establishment. I ordered 10 wings. Why do I have 3 flats and 7 drums. Riddle me that. Wing dings, that’s why. The truth had to be told. Yaw know when I review it’s gonna be facts. Look at my pics.

Good service. Good wings. Big servings. Crunchy onion rings (on the outside) but they used old onions. I got mango habanero wings but there was no sweetness at all like it was just hot flavor. Other than that, everything was good!
