The place is clean and food is good but it is not worth what they are charging. I know the location influences price but they are charging NYC Empire State top floor restaurant prices. As an example, my order is 6 soft tacos swap for chicken and add rice. My order comes out to 28 dollars for half filled tacos and a drink. RIP off

We came here with a group and were forced to go through the drive thru twice.
We assumed it would be better to place a mobile order, and then place the other order in person so that we wouldnt be rude by trying to place two orders in one trip.
They refused to let us pick up the mobile order (that we placed ahead of time, and paid for) while placing an order in the drive thru.
So we wasted 10 minutes going back through the drive thru again to get something we already purchased. No drive thru tacobell or otherwise has ever made us do this. Even when I nicely clarified the person on the speaker was very short and refused.
Will not be coming back, waste of time for overpriced food you can get cheaper and easier at the Neptune taco bell.

I’m sad to say this is a Taco Bell we like to stop by for our cravings; but tonight was a shitty experience my grilled cheese burrito the cheese was fully stuck to the wrapper. The cashier argued with us over a 20 dollar bill because it had a 2 millimeter tear on the perimeter. He asked us to tape it and said he could not take it. The bill wasn’t torn even a 1/4 of in inch. No one carries tape in their car as a common rule. The bill would still be recognized by the bank as an appropriate circulating bill. Out of the two items the burrito was soggy on the top from the cheese not having enough time on the grill and the Gordita barely had any ranch. He took the bill at the end shaking his head. The moral of the story is you need to have backup payment to order at this taco bell location.

Slllloooooowwwwww. The wait was a bit much and will keep me from returning. This seems to be a recurring theme at Taco Bells. They get a bit busy and they can’t handle the influx because they don’t have enough staff on. I blame management and corporate.
Will def be skipping this place in the future.

Very clean dining area, staff was amazing!!! Sarah was awesome!! She is very professional and extremely polite! She made sure I scanned my receipt with my app so that I could get my points for my next Taco Bell reward!!! Not everybody does things like this, people might think this is a small deal, but in my eyes shows that people like Sarah S. still care about people!!! Not from this side of town, but will definitely be returning here!! Sarah S.. you rock!!! ‼️‼️

I always get great service when I go to this Taco Bell. The food is always fresh and the employees are very patient. They are now using an AI woman to take your order. Although it was weird at first, it was surprisingly accurate without the usual AI lag between when you say something and when it answers. They were very understanding and even complimented me on how well I did.

As someone who is in the product safety industry and manages a laboratory, to have dirty tools all over the food prep grills is in violation of cGMP…..when I nicely said hey that’s kinda gross no? The technician responded by aggressively coming at me so angry his hands were shaking. I feared for my safety and left and notified Taco Bell. In addition this mechanic was behind the food line with no hair net on. The female manager also had an attitude as well. Don’t dine here!

This restaurant is one of a few that serve breakfast. Unfortunately, where I work, it’s microwave and / or food warmer. You know the places that I am speaking of(BK- McD.). On Sundays, the management and staff are all exceptional! Hot food and great customer service are the winning concepts at this restaurant.
