Last time I came a few weeks the fries were way to salty. This visit I just let them know and they kindly made me fresh fries with light salt. They tasted amazing. She even gave me salt packets. The person working drive thru was very friendly and quick. Thank you.

This place is a JOKE. Worst Hardee’s I’ve ever been to. And that sucks bc I live in wise and love Hardee’s. The breakfast is ALWAYS cold or the biscuits are hard as a rock. A change in management is needed because none of the employees seem to care about the quality of food served.

Just got to experience Hardee’s customer service and management interaction.. The young man missed the order all together. When placing order 1st time. After repeated order numerous times after that. Drive to window. $35.00 dollar order. We received 1 cheeseburger. Meal, I shorted a large fries. So another shorter women. Started to demand for a recipe
( Which the gentleman never gave us.) Then the shorter women said to us. And I quot ” Let me see the brown bag. (Which we was not giving. We just received a plastic bag. But the young man who took order picked brown bag up and started to walk off. At that point I said the gentleman picked brown bag. Then all of a sudden the bag appears. Then asked about strawberry milkshake. We where told we had to go back and order milkshake again. So we do that. Pull around to pay and gave the same gentleman who took order $10.15. The shake was $5.15. Then didn’t get the ,,$5 in change back. Had to sit in drive thru couple mine. Then had to yell at them to open window up. So 2 ladies disappeared. They went and counted the cash register. Before we got $5.00 back. Never have i been told i stole fries. And I lied about the $5.00. Sad shape the evening shift is here in coeburn. Wish they would have took better notes from breakfast crew. Ill not be stopping at that Hardee’s after breakfast anymore. Whoever ownes the franchise should really think about different managers. I just tossed food in trash. Wasn’t feeling brave enough to eat food nor did I have appetite after this interaction. When I asked for store number. Manger refused to give number. And told me to look for it online. This is person who is in charge. Then u had 2 or3 other employees outside next to drivethu smoking.

Every single time I order their cinnamon , strawberry or blueberry biscuits they are so dry an they only put small amount of icing on them an when u ask for extra icing it’s no better than the regular icing..they need put a good amout if icing on Them.. an their sausage an egg biscuits , it’s where the egg?

Every time I get breakfast it’s never made right. There bread is supposed to be toasted never is this has happened multiple times. I used to work at Hardee’s not this one but damn do your job right.

I’m going to need you all to take the super bacon biscuit off your menu. The last 4 times I’ve ordered it, I’ve gotten the regular bacon egg and cheese, while paying for the more expensive item. Is it a lack of ingredients, a lack of attention/thought, or a lack of care? I’m sick of it and done giving the benefit of the doubt. Food received was cold and wrong.

Ryan Waters deserves the highest recognition that’s available. I was so impressed with his manners and service, I was with 2 elderly ladies and my handicap daughter, they all are very picky eaters. He made sure the food was correct and never once seemed bothered by the special requests. Being in food service myself, don’t get impressed with very many food service workers, bit Ryan definitely left a great lasting impression. He is a great benefit to your establishment.
