It’s a food truck. We ordered ahead and it was ready for pick up.
I ordered the Rice Vermicelli Bowl With Marinated Grilled Sliced Pork and the shrimp and pork salad rolls. My partner ordered the pork sandwich.
The vermicelli bowl was excellent and a generous serving. The sandwich was reportedly excellent.
I was rather disappointed by the salad rolls because the pork was bland, there was a lot of vermicelli and not enough veggies.
Next time I will try the Pho.

The food here tastes authentic, and there’s also many options! Besides the pho, my favorite is the vermicelli grilled pork and the spring rolls. For a food truck it tastes just like what you would buy at a normal restaurant, it’s very delicious and the staff are kind.

Went to the Hillsboro Station food carts tonight for a late meal after a long day. Most of the carts were closed so as a last resort we ordered from this cart. Ordered the pork sandwich, pot stickers, and shrimp and pork salad rolls. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced! The sandwich was so good! One of the best I’ve had. I’m so glad I took a second glance at the menu before calling it a night. Pho Sang will be added to my take-out rotation!

Today at lunch, me and my coworkers ordered the rice plate with marinated grilled sliced pork, shrimp salad roll, shrimp noodle soup, pork egg roll, and chicken noodle soup. Everything was delicious!! The grilled pork was tender and flavorful, the shrimp rolls were fresh, and the broths in both the noodle soups were rich and savory. The pork egg roll was crispy and satisfying, and the chicken noodle soup was warm and comforting. Generous portions and fresh ingredients made it a great meal all around. Highly recommend!!

The service here is excellent, friendly and welcoming! They offer a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes, the food is super affordable. The food comes out incredibly fast and tastes amazing. I would recommend the Grilled pork vermicelli bowl!
