The food here is absolutely delicious. What a difference eating at this location makes!
Michael is one of the best servers we’ve ever had!
We’ve visited a couple of other P.F. Chang’s locations in North Carolina, and none of them come close to the quality and flavor we experienced here.
We were honestly about to give up on the chain, but the Mall of Georgia location completely changed our mind.
Their signature lettuce wraps are one of our all-time favorites, fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned.
The miso glazed salmon was cooked to perfection, tender and beautifully presented.
The lo mein was equally impressive, full of flavor and perfectly balanced.
The service was excellent, attentive without being intrusive, and the staff made sure everything came out just right.
We’ll definitely be coming back to this location.

Had a mostly underwhelming experience here foodwise. The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was perfect. Our server Celine did a wonderful job, but the food failed to match. The crab wontons and dynamite shrimp were bland, and the crispy honey chicken just didn’t cut it. Even the pork egg roll underwhelmed. My shrimp tempura was okay. The fried cauliflower hit the spot, though, and the noodles were the saving grace, because they were excellent. Still, I can’t recommend coming here just for noodles and cauliflower. If it wasn’t for the service, a two star rating would’ve fit properly.

My husband & I had a fabulous dinner on Friday evening 2/6/26. The hostess immediately greeted us with a smile, & seated us in a large booth together. Great atmosphere & ambiance! I loved the lighting.
The hot & sour soup was delicious & not too spicy. The egg rolls were yummy & fried to perfection. Literally, THE BEST LETTUCE WRAPS EVER! My husband had the Mongolian Trio. Awesome choice! I ordered the double pan fried noodles (no green onions or celery) with beef, chicken, & shrimp. SIMPLY AMAZING!
My mother used to bring me here as a young girl, & I haven’t been to this location in years. It brought back so many wonderful memories, & the experience was superb!
Chuck, who I would assume is the operations manager at this location was top notch! He came over, checked on us after the meal, was so professional, & kind! I can’t rave more about our overall experience!

Quality of food/ service for the price is not a good value. We waited forever for a table and then 35-40 min for food. Food wasn’t bad…but very high prices for the portions. This was a ToGo order of Mongolian beef for $26. It’s about the size serving that you get at Panda Express in their bowls. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants but the quality has definitely changed.

Never eating here again, this place has gone down hill. I paid $5.99 for a pomegranate lemonade and they gave me a kids cup! It took forever for them to bring the food out and then it was cold. Also the dinner special is the same size as the lunch portion which is disappointing for the price I paid.

We were so excited to eat here after visiting the Mall of Georgia for my daughter’s Birthday. However as soon as I went to sit down my chair slid from up under me and I stumbled to keep from hitting the ground. The floor was so slippery, greasy, and nasty. Even the walkway to the bathroom had nasty greasy footprints from employees . I was tempted to let that be until I returned from restroom that was disgusting with duck-tape on ceiling . The mirror where we were seated was nasty.Someone attempted to clean but did a very bad job. Food was horrible and tasteless . Service was nice and friendly . Last straw was upon exiting a very large screw fell out of my chair . You know like the one that holds it together …… Waitress replaced the chair for the next customer . Spoke with the manager seemed nice but didn’t do anything to make our experience nicer. I may never return to another PF Chang’s .

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful lunch. The egg rolls were delicious. My entrée was sesame chicken with fried rice. We both had a Jade margarita, that was wonderful! Great food and great atmosphere, but more than that the service was wonderful! Our server was a gentleman by the name of Michael. He could not have been any more friendlier and kind to us! Not only did he serve us, but this has been a rough year for both of us and he had wonderful, uplifting, encouraging words for us! The manager also came over and spoke with us! Very friendly! We will definitely be back!

Had an amazing experience at P.F. Chang’s! The food was delicious, fresh, and came out perfectly timed. What really made the night stand out was our server, Aliana. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from start to finish. She checked in at all the right moments, had great recommendations, and kept everything running smoothly without ever feeling rushed. Excellent service paired with great food — we’ll definitely be back and hope to be seated with Aliana again!

$9.99 for takeout Edamame. They didn’t even add salt. No sweet chili sauce. Just a $1.99 size frozen bag of Edamame in a takeout container. Will never eat here again.
