Had a fantastic dinner a week ago. Food was exemplary and service was terrific – everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Very nice atmosphere. Calves liver was definitely the highlight – thinly sliced and cooked to perfection. The side of Brussel sprouts was also very good. Will definitely be back!

I have been to the place multiple times and like it more and more each time. The atmosphere is very cozy, people working there couldn’t be nicer. The food is very good – it doesn’t try to be le bernardin, but what it does – it does very well (we especially loved calf liver last time we went there, but all the traditional French dishes are executed very well). Wine cart is good with some nice options. I am not sure, but I think the menu has recently became more focused, too, highlighting the strengths of the place. Definitely recommend.

Brasserie has become our most-visited restaurant in Hoboken. We were very impressed with the redesigned menu, and every item that we have tried has been delicious. The staff is friendly knowledgeable. Can’t wait to go back soon.

The Brasserie de Paris is a wonderful experience. The staff is lovely, they create an intimate experience, and the food is absolutely delicious.
Please put the chocolate fondue on the dessert menu permanently. It’s outstanding!

Beautiful ambiance, incredible food, and delicious wine. The service was a little slow when I went on a Saturday night, but that’s because they were really crowded. They also have a lovely back room for small private functions. It’s really lovely!

Went here for brunch – note that it was with a large group – it took a long time for the food to come and for the price it felt like we got less than half of what an equivalent place would make. The food was pretty bland as well, nothing of note to it but definitely not worth the pricing. Other than that, the waitstaff was friendly and split our bill into couples for us and were perfectly timed with filling water.

If you read a bad review ignore it. This is homestyle french cooking, not fancy but inexpensive and cheerful. Fixed price menu for 2, plus one dozen oysters and 2 glasses of wine. was 78$. Delish and we could not finish. certainly worth a try.

Took my 17 year old niece to dinner last Saturday evening. Restaurant was packed and jamming.
Didn’t have a reservation but was given an excellent table for two. Greeter and wait staff were friendly, gracious and very professional. Then there is the food! The bread that is served is from a local French bakery in Hoboken and it is just heavenly. We had pate, smoked salmon, jumbo shrimp for our appertizers all delicious. The rack of lamb and the steak au poivre were just superb. Our two desserts, the profiterolles and the most lite and absolutely perfect chocolate mousse you will ever taste were just the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. Service was great. The owner sent us both an after-dinner cocktail….which I was of “age” to enjoy….. which was a very nice gesture.
I very rarely write a review but it was such a great evening and experience.
It worth the trip!

Quite busy but never waited for service.
Boeuf bourguignon and the gravlax were excellent.
I would definitely recommend Brasserie de Paris for a nice night out – can’t wait to go back!
