Dear moon dance, I would like to formally apologize for diving past you all these years and never stopping. Today was a horrible, no good day. Like I needed to curl up on the couch with a blanket, watch a movie while eating pizza and sob. But here it is, 8:30pm on a Tuesday and every where I usually find solace in pizza is closed… so rude… like why would you do that to me… I needed you. Anyways, my husband knew that pizza could fix my life and that I was in a dire situation so he went on a search… that search brought him to you and I am FOREVER grateful. As I sit here eating the perfect crust to cheese ratio and ponder the meaning to life. I can not believe I drove past the most perfect pizza in all the land, all these years… “darn it Heather” I said to myself… and I knew it was me because I recognized my own voice. “You could have had this pizza sooner if you had just known” so like a good daughter/sister I sent a picture of this amazing pizza to my loving family, informing them of my life changing experience… only to find out THEY ALREADY KNEW!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??????? why I ought to…. I digress. Fact of the matter is pizza from moon dance = pure unadulterated happiness and can fix the worstest of worse days. The End.

Wow, excellent food! The building is old, so we were a little leery, but the food was excellent. They make their own dough, the pizza was superb. Hubby had the fried shrimp and said they were Fresh and delicious. The fries were also very good. Only thing lacking somewhat was the salad.

When in Marcellus the Moondance is a must stop. Our realtors love to head here for wing night. They have a huge variety of flavors and the atmosphere is great. Bartenders are always friendly and attentive. Some of the best wings we’ve ever had!

It’s a marvelous night for a Moondance. Local dive bar minutes from the village of Skaneateles. Cold beer, darts, wings (wing night is tuesday), lotto. Good for sports. Friendly service. Horseshoe pits outside. If you can enjoy yourself here, ask yourself are you really alive.

I had put in an order for my daughter‘s graduation months prior. I had told them I would be there at 10 to pick up. I showed up at 10 and my food was not ready. All they said was the owner was trying to get a hold of me which I had no calls, text, or Voicemails from them. They told me they could have it ready in an hour, but my daughter‘s graduation was in an hour, and I needed to go there and set up still. not happy with their service.

Not a bad little place…. everyone seemed to comply with covid measures (facemasks) which was a plus to see! Not a lot of people at the time of visit & it still took 45 minutes to get our food!

First time patron and likely to return. Went for their wing night, .70 a piece, option for char grilled, multitude of sauce options. Wings were GREAT, perfect size, good flavor, highly recommend the char grilled. Bartender was excellent – the bar was busy, but she was still attentive and personable. Patrons were pleasant, a good “vibe” type of place, welcoming, friendly, good prices.

We eat here often, the place has been getting an overhaul and the new exterior looks really nice. This place is always full of music and people as well as good food. Tuesdays its wings night, Wednesdays is taco night, Thursdays it’s pasta night and Fridays it’s fish specials. The broiled haddock is amazing. If you’re in the area and want a great meal you should check it out.
