Pho Emerald is an exceptional pho restaurant with so many different entre options to choose from. The soul of any pho is the broth, and this place clearly nailed it with it’s rich and savory flavor. We ordered the Pho Emerald Special, Emerald sizzling plate, fish sauce wings and spring rolls. Clean restaurant with super friendly owner and attentative staff. This is the best pho in the PNW so come check them out!

Went to Pho Emerald today for the first time, and it did not disappoint! The broth was rich and flavorful, and the chicken wings were perfectly juicy and crispy.
It’s honestly the nicest-looking pho restaurant I’ve been to, super clean, great vibe, and the bathrooms were pristine.
Even though they were packed, the staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming. Definitely coming back!

Just back from Vietnam and still craving authentic phở — my expectations were sky-high after the real deal, but this place completely delivered and then some!
We ordered the Emeral Special and it was outstanding. The thin layer of marrow fat floating on top tells you they use a serious amount of bones for the broth — rich, deeply flavorful, and the perfect golden color. Every element of the bowl was spot-on, and they really went the extra mile with the variety of fresh green onions.
What sets this apart is how carefully crafted the bowl feels — it beats out so many other places around Seattle that serve “fast food” style pho. This one is on another level.
Pro tip: Make your own dipping sauce with their house garlic chili + chili paste + hoisin + a big squeeze of lime. It’s incredible.
The staff were super attentive and friendly too. Can’t wait to return for the Bun Bo Hue and Bun Rieu — this spot is now on our regular rotation!
Highly recommend.

Nice pho place in auburn. The door brings in a really cold draft, so choose your seat wisely. The pho was great, servers were nice. Huge 75 inch TV showing food was entertaining. Nice clean restaurant. I’d come back. There’s some kind of loud club or something I’m not even sure next door. It was playing like clips of songs. It’s mysterious because there’s no signs about it anywhere but the parking lot was packed and people going in and out. Anyways, the restaurant has tons of pho options. The appetizers are way too expensive at $12 as a single patron.

Very friendly newly opened restaurant, service was good and food was even better! I ordered the Bun Bo Hue, had a nice variety of content and the soup broth wasn’t too spicy – just perfect, lots of flavor and super hearty meal! The pho broth was also very rich and deep in flavor. Hope to see more people come to this place and try out their food!

We had a wonderful meal at Pho Emerald in Auburn! The pho was rich and flavorful, with a perfect balance of broth and spices. The pork spring rolls were fresh and full of flavor. The pineapple fried rice with beef was delicious — beautifully presented and cooked just right, with the perfect mix of sweet and savory.
The service was friendly and fast, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Overall, a great dining experience — we’ll definitely be back!

Pros: The service was excellent. The waitresses were attentive and patient. The best thing I got was the egg rolls with fish sauce. The pho was pretty good as well, but the meat that came with the bone wasn’t flavorful and the broth was sweeter than what I’m personally used to. (The meatballs and beef pieces in the soup were amazing though. If I were to go again, I’d get pho with that instead of the special combo)
Cons: THE PRICE. Just for one person it was $40, and that is just for a one course meal. (Drink, Appetizer, Entree – special pho). When my bill came out, I had to double check if I was accidentally overcharged. But no it’s just REALLY expensive. Which would be fine if the pho matched that standard. Unfortunately it did not.
Overall: Delicious appetizers, Decent Pho, Ridiculous pricing. Seating/Space is limited depending on what time of day you go.

We really like Pho Emerald. The place was clean and had a nice vibe. It is a bit on the smaller side and slightly cramped, so you can hear other people’s conversations, but it didn’t take away from the experience. The waitresses were very sweet and our food came out fast.
My sister got the Bun Bo Hue and I had the P6 pho, both were so good. The broth was flavorful and everything tasted fresh. We also ordered egg rolls and chicken wings, and they were yummy. The chicken wings were perfectly crispy.
Great food, good service, and an overall really nice experience. We’ll be back!
