Spooky’s Swirls Props & Pastries, is a Horror/Sci-Fi-themed, Gluten-Free Bakery, with a museum of actual screen-used props & wardrobes on display.Working directly with the Horror & SciFi Prop Preservation Association (HSPPA), a Non-Profit organization that works to preserve Filmic History, Spooky’s is able to provide patrons with a myriad of exciting artifacts from their favorite horror, science fiction, fantasy and superhero films. Guests can expect our exhibits to be fluid, rotating with the nearly 4000+ pieces in the HSPPA archives, making Spooky’s Swirls a destination spot for cinephiles and foodies everywhere! Located off of Alma School Rd. & Elliot in Chandler, AZ (suburb of Phoenix, AZ)

First time being here, incredible spot! It’s small, but mighty! Love all of the movie props in here, can certainly spend some time looking at everything. The staff were very nice and the treats were tremendous, I’ll be back!

I had Spooky Swirls make my wife’s 40th birthday cake. She loves spirit boxes and so I asked Spooky Swirls if they would make a cake that is shaped like an SB11. As you can see from the picture, the cake was spot on and amazing. The cake didn’t even look like a cake. It was so real looking. The taste was delicious and I could not have been any happier! I highly recommend anyone needing a cake to order it from Spooky Swirls!

Stopped by recently to check this spot out, it was a great little spook spot. The mini horror museum is neat & they actually have quite a bit in the store, but we were there for the treats. It was fun seeing the different characters and themes on the treats.
Our group enjoyed almost everything we picked up to try out, the only thing I wasn’t really a fan of was the Ghost face cookie. It was kind of hard & didn’t have a ton of flavor, but I loved the cookies & scream cupcake it was delicious. Next time I am in the area I will be back!

Do you love gluten free treats and spooky things? Then this place is for you! We recently hosted an event here for 15 people. Lola and Chris offered our guests coffee and custom made treats for our event! They also have delicous cookies and cakes that my guests loved as well. We will definitely be back for another event!

Wow! Come for the treats stay for all the memorabilia. As a spooky season lover it’s so great that this shop is open all year round- I can always get my fix. The designs on the treats are stunning. And it’s a plus that everything is gluten free! They even offer some vegan treats. The chef is very knowledgeable about allergies and was able to steer me clear of any products that had soy. I will always come to support this local haven when in need of a soy-free, dairy-free, gluten-free sweet!

My family and I came here a few weeks ago after discovering they are a gluten-free bakery. This place is fun! Each cupcake we got was roughly about $8, and they are worth every penny. I’m not much of a frosting person, but their frosting is delicious! You’d never know these are gluten-free. I’d highly recommend everyone trying out this bakery!

The mini museum of fun horror memorabilia is worth going for itself, and then the baked goods are so good! Everyone we dealt with was friendly and pleasant. Love supporting local neighborhood spots. The scones and lemon blueberry danish were noteworthy, so many options We’ll need to go back for round two!
