Food tasted amazing and the portions were great for what we paid since the meals came with a never ending salad for me and soup for my daughter as well as never ending bread sticks. We even were able to take some home! The waiter was attentive and quick and patient with my daughter being a bit slow as she made decisions for herself. I was watching how some of the other staff were and they were all happy and very interactive with the customers. We will definitely be going back!

The food was okay, but the service was really disappointing. We had to wait more than 10 minutes just to get our drinks refilled, and once the food arrived, the waiter completely disappeared. Definitely not the kind of service I expected.

We came here yesterday for dinner. The place has gone a bit downhill compared to how it used to be. The food is still as tasty as before, but the service has definitely gotten worse. We ordered pasta and asked for it to be split between two people, but the portion was honestly very small. It wasn’t like before — I used to get full from just half. The soup was very thick and hard to eat, and the chicken pieces were huge.

But the worst part was when they brought us the cheesecake in a to-go box, even though we didn’t ask for it. The waitress just put it on the edge of the table and walked away. We had to ask another waiter for a lemonade refill because our waitress had disappeared. When she finally came back, I asked why the cheesecake was in a to-go box, and she said that everything served on plates is frozen. Honestly, it made me not want to leave any tip at all.

We placed an order directly through the website for delivery. I didn’t know they used Uber Eats; I had zero issues with the delivery. Food was hot and delicious upon arrival. A few bites into my meal I discovered a piece of plastic in my chicken alfredo. I instantly took photos and called the restaurant. The general manager Rene was so fast and efficient with helping me with my issue. He reimbursed well over the cost of the meal in a gift card for a future use and assured me that they were looking into where the plastic may have came from to avoid this in the future. What a wonderful manager!! It was such a quick process. Thank you again Rene!

This is an olive garden.
If you have never been to an Olive garden, its fine. Perfectly ordinary Italian food at a reasonable price.
They have breadsticks. As many as you want.

I have been going to Olive Garden for many years! The last few times I have been I haven’t had the best experiences. Almost every time there is a dog in the restaurant just brought in by the owner and is not a service dog. It is definitely a pet. The host or hostesses are just walking them right in and they can definitely see the dog. Oregon law says that anything that is not a service animal is not allowed in food establishments, and other shops. The waiters and waitresses just act like the dog isn’t there or is a child and it’s allowed.

The dogs are sitting in the booth and afterwards are they even cleaning things well?
There are people who are some severely allergic to dogs and some other animals. Do you want somebody to end up in the hospital because the dog is there or even was there. It’s also a health and Safety hazard. Pets should be in the car or at home.

One time I went, the waitress was very nice, but she had fangs!! Not because her teeth are different but because she had them added to her face. Now I think there should be a standard of what’s allowed when you’re working. When you are having her take your order, you’re staring at her mouth going what in the world is going on! I think most people would be uncomfortable with this. I’m only in my early 40s and I’ve grown up seeing some things and this is really different.

I’m never going to the Olive Garden again because I don’t want to be anywhere where maybe it didn’t get cleaned up enough after a dog was at the table.

Any of us can report them for having dogs in their restaurants when they’re not supposed to!
So the Olive Garden better start learning that they cannot let those dogs and other non-service animals into their restaurants. It is up to the managers and other staff to enforce this law.

Unfortunately, this visit was less than memorable in a bad way. My steak Gorgonzola was disgusting. Not sure whose idea it was to drizzle a sweet balsamic on top of a steak and Alfredo meal but I had a stomach ache the rest of the day. Steak was hard to chew too 🙁 This location is pretty busy and I can understand due to its proximity to the mall. My friend ordered a garden salad and all she was given was an empty plate because she was expected to share my bowl of salad that accompanied my meal
… and still charged $9.99 for it! Had we known that, I would’ve eaten out of the bowl and given my friend my plate. Ridiculous! Olive Garden use to give out plates with the salad option for the table to enjoy. Sad what corporations are doing just to save a buck. I’ll try a different location next time.

We ate dinner here and what a great meal. Even better was our waitress, Jessie. She was super attentive and very kind and great attitude. We even got extra attention from another great waitress Maddie. Got kind of a weird vibe from the manager, tho. He had a very curt mannerism and he kinda made us feel uncomfortable.

Atmosphere was Olive Garden. I’m not sure what to say. Kind of like any large Franchise restaurant.
I had the Tour of Italy. The Alfredo was good, the lasagne was nothing to write home about. It tasted like a frozen one I would take out of a box and cook at home. The Chicken Parmigiana was very disappointing. The chicken seemed very greasy, which in all Honesty made it all not very good. I always enjoy the bottomless salad and bread sticks.
My friend and I happened to get a great waitress. She was friendly and we all joked around. The price of everything I felt was average, though expensive if I think anout the quality of the food!
It’s a middle of the road place to go out and eat. I think I got the wrong dish. Only one of three items on my plate was actually enjoyable! It was the Alfredo that I would recommend.

Ben was absolutely amazing! We came in Monday night and he gave us the best service we’ve ever had at Olive Garden. He was super polite, incredibly fast, and never once stopped checking on us or making sure we had everything we needed. He was attentive without being overbearing and truly went above and beyond the entire time. Outstanding service like his makes all the difference—thank you, Ben!
