Such great food and atmosphere !!! Everyone was so friendly, the playlist was killer and the food satiating and tantalizing. We had the enchiladas with incredible mole and slow cooked chicken. I’m from the southwest and have MISSED good food like this, so it warmed my heart and soul to eat some good enchiladas. We also shared the pizza which was fresh and delicious , and the Smokey the Bear cocktail which was so fun and unique. Thank you so much for an incredible experience, we will definitely be back!!

Just wow. Quiet Saturday night in October. Hey Sailor provided a really tasty meal with kind, friendly and helpful staff. My husband and I shared mussels & fries, mushroom pizza (on a really yummy cauliflower crust!!), simple salad & a delicious Mexican chocolate torte. We were in town for the Belfast Poetry Fest and I heard Hey Sailor is for sale. I hope they stick around. I’m still thinking about the food and want more!

Went here with my wife, 1 year old daughter, and father-in-law. First off, they didn’t have a booster seat or high chair. They also didn’t have a changing station in the bathroom. My father-in-law ordered a pizza, and that came out within 15 min, no issues. My wife ordered a burger and I ordered the buttermilk chicken sandwich. We didn’t get our food for 45 min after the pizza. Chicken sandwich was like rubber. Fries had good flavor but were soggier than a wet piece of cardboard. My wife’s burger was surprisingly good. Waitress was nice but not impressed with her service. We will not be back.

I had dinner with my family after the holiday here and it was such a treat! Our server was warm and hilarious! The cocktails were out of this world – highly recommend the silly rabbit.
We also shared their pizza, some tacos and the calamari and each dish was full of flavor.
I have to mention how out of this world their key lime pie is, the meringue on top was soft and the perfect, I couldn’t stop eating it.
Can’t recommend this spot enough if you’re visiting or new to the area! Thank you!

I have visited for lunch and dinner for dine in. Food creativity and amazing flavors with everything I ate there. Chicken mole enchiladas had moist well spiced chicken. I would like more mole sauce if I could, but with flavorful chicken inside the tortillas it worked. The curry mussels were fabulous! The cerviche and the spicy shrimp were also very good. Lots of spices! *Another fantastic dinner at Hey Sailor! The staff is really friendly and welcoming.

For picking a random spot in Belfast on our way to Bar Harbor, the wife and I couldn’t have chosen better! Nice service and unique cocktails, but the FOOD. The Korean wings were some of the crispiest ive ever had, and the burgers were perfectly seasoned and flavorful. The fries have a salt and vinegar mix on them that makes them absolutely addictive. If youre in Belfast, pull up your sea briches and come to Hey Sailor!

Visiting all the way from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Belfast is our happy place, we come up about twice a year and this is our first experience at Hey Sailor! We ordered take out and the order was packaged nicely and on time. Online ordering is a breeze and the street corn fritters with the “heavenly” crema for dipping is outstanding. My husband and I were dipping our burritos in whatever that magical sauce is We will be back!

Great food & drinks! So glad to see multiple vegan options! BF had beef enchiladas and loved them. I had 2 vegan tacos, 1 veggie and 1 soy curls, spicy & delicious. Great spicy Bloody Marys and Maine Lunch on draft! Friendly bartender and patrons. Highly recommended!

Hey Sailor! Was one of the first local places we ate at on our road trip down the east coast. They did not disappoint and set the bar high for every place we are going to eat at going forward.
Right from the beginning we fell in love with the atmosphere. It was welcoming, inviting and we just felt right at home. The food selection was amazing and the cocktails/mocktails matched the same energy. We had a queso appetizer and a taco. But the highlight was the special super secret special wild forged mushrooms. They were unbelievably delicious and I have been left craving them since we left. So if you are ever here in mid October and they have the mushroom appetizer available it is a must eat.

Salt and vinegar fries were life changing especially paired with their house margarita. Only regret was not trying the pizza! Judith also provided top notch service. 10/10 would recommend!
