Great food. Very unique menu. I’ve tried multiple dishes from their menus (the menu changes so keep coming back to see if anything changes), always super great quality, and always hand made. Quick service too. Definitely will keep coming back. Color me impressed.

This is a very nice, clean food truck with fresh and tasty menu options. We tried the gyros and the general tso’ chicken and were impressed with both. Balanced flavors, quality ingredients that were prepared with care. Worth trying, and going back to.

Service was really nice, as was the outdoor area. I also give them a lot of credit for trying to bring fresh, healthy-ish food that’s not another burger or pizza place. Unfortunately the food quality wasn’t great.
Greek salad – all the lettuce had brown edges. Falafel and feta was good.
Chicken Bah Mi – flavors were good, but meat quality wasn’t good (I read this in other reviews and learned it first hand). Bread was soggy with sauce.
Egg Roll – very greasy and no flavor, just fried meat. This was the worst one and we didn’t get past a single bite.
I really hope they can get things improved b/c this place COULD be good. Hope it helps.

This isn’t meant to be a slam on the employees but management should take note and try to correct of a few things. Just went to the truck at the Farmers Market. There were a couple of orders ahead of me but it took 30 minutes to get one gyro.Had they told me it was gonna take that long I would have definitely passed. Looked like they were pretty well staffed. My first bite of meat had a big ole hunk of fat which I think should have been seen pretty when it was put together. This should not happen for a $20 gyro. It was served in a half cup type of thing which made it pretty tough to eat without spilling everything out of it. The sauce was on the bottom and the meat was on top which is pretty much backwards of how you are supposed to make a gyros. So I’m glad they are here but they need to make a few changes with their quality control and the speed that they put together their food.

Super yummy gyros, Tzatziki was fresh, thick and flavorful! Would highly recommend for a quick bite. The portion sizes were huge, they give it to you in a cup which makes it easier to eat and less of a mess. We did get gyro fries (no meat or sauce included), which normally sauce shouldnt be an additional price. I would recommend not making the Tzatziki sauce an additional $2 since your gyros are already a bit steep in price.

Finally had a chance to stop by Pangea and order a gyro. Since my husband won’t eat beef, we tried the falafel gyro. I love Greek food! but have never understood the fascination with falafel. Any time I have given it a try, it has smelled like b.o. and been dry and untasty. Pangea’s falafel turned all of that around for me…it still smells, but that smell leads to moist, flavorful, GREEN!, yumminess and left me wanting more. We will be back for more of Pangea’s falafel gyro.

This place is unbelievably good. Never been disappointed by anything. Flavors, quality, friendliness, all hidden away by this modest truck.
I had the orange chicken combo this time.

Just ate here about an hour ago. Not much of a crowd but still a 15 minute wait. $20 bucks for a gyro. When we finally got it, wife found a giant hair. We take it back and they get another one within a few minutes. My 2nd bite had a big fatty piece of meat in it. My wife then finds another hair in her food! At this point both of us lost our appetite. I was offered a refund but told I had to “wait for the boss to get back.” We left without a refund. Staff was apologetic but no way would I recommend this place.

I was bummed they were out of the bahn mi but the chicken katsu was incredible. Made fresh and hit the spot
Ooooof gotta change my review. Drove all the way back out of the way in my rv just to try the bahn mi and it was absolutely inedible. Idk what they put on there, some sort of holy mystery meat, but it was awful. The bun was soaked and soggy and the chicken seemed cold and old. Also got a taco that wasn’t super, although it was better than the sandwich. Literally an hour out of the way, and I had to toss the sandwich. Couldn’t get two bites in so now I’m out 20+bucks and still hungry. Sad panda, and kinda two not great experiences

This little food truck kinda hidden behind a fence is amazing!!!! I only had their spring roll because I only wanted a snack. It was the BEST egg roll I’ve ever had, and I’ve had spring rolls at amazing restaurants!
It’s on the main street in Roslyn next to the post office and soaps store. I can’t wait to try more stuff tomorrow!
The food quality is that of a really great restaurant with quality ingredients and executed perfectly. The people working were so friendly and welcoming. I also enjoyed the misters while I was waiting to help beat the heat. It was busy but so worth the wait!
