This place is a definitely a solid spot that has good food. I usually get a burrito but this time I went with the crunchy tacos, they were good but I will definitely get the burrito again next time. The beans and rice are good. The service is always good and the restaurant is always clean.

Second time we’ve had issues with this restaurant. Good food but somethings always missing or wrong. This time they forgot to put cheese on nachos. And when i went out of my way to go to them (with the cheese-less nachos), all they did was give me cheese in a container for my already soggy nachos. If you go, just eat there, no point inconvenience urself going back. I’m not the type for confrontation but it shouldn’t be the customers responsibility for telling them to just have remade them at that point.

This Mexican food restaurant is my and my family’s favorite Mexican food restaurant, and it doesn’t hurt that it’s so close to us either! I usually order a wide variety of items (burritos, tamales, meaty fries, and tacos), but my favorites are the meaty fries and the tacos. I’ve ordered them with various types of meat, and I usually call in my order to pick it up but if you order in-restaurant the wait is not too long and everything is fresh.

We’ve been enjoying Veronica’s for the last 5+ years. Unfortunately, the last few meals we’ve ordered things have been wrong. When I’ve reached out besides being willing to remake the order no other remorse has taken place. In addition the prices have skyrocketed. Sadly after enough negative feedback we now will find a new family spot.

extremely disappointed. this was my favorite place to eat and the staff has always been so sweet. today, instead of owning up to their mistake, seemingly a simple miscommunication, they refused to fix it, and then blamed me for it. pay attention to orders and charge accordingly. i will not be returning after today, which is a realllll bummer for me tbh

Terrible that this place would treat a regular how they did… They didn’t take the order correctly, blamed my friend for THEIR OWN mistake, argued with her, LIED and then continued to allow her to pay for another burrito. Not only that but also talked shit in Spanish the entire time… laughing and staring at her. What kind of business is this? Getting over on your own community when you could’ve just fixed the smallest mistake YALL MADE. All she wanted was a new burrito… not a refund, nothing major.
The behavior and management is truly disgusting. Coming from food service for 6+ years, they were completely out of line and in the wrong. Do better.
