There was little to no wait, which made the visit even better ⏱️ My food was prepared just right, and the service felt attentive and genuine. In today’s world, where fast food prices seem to keep going up and it’s not always easy to even get a simple smile, her positive attitude really stood out
It’s the small acts of kindness that make a big difference, and Tammy’s friendly energy made my night a little brighter I truly appreciated the care she showed — it didn’t feel rushed or forced, just sincere and thoughtful service. Experiences like this definitely keep me coming back!
Oh those cheese curd from the FNAF was like straight up chewing a carpet had 2 and decided to throw them away. Inedible.
3 piece was good but lukewarm at best because of the wait.
I was then informed they were out of fries and white meat. I thought to myself, “That stinks, but I get it—sometimes places run out of things.” After completing my order, the young man walked away without giving me my receipt or the two drink cups. A manager eventually came to the counter and provided those items.
When the food arrived, it was fresh and tasted great. However, when I went back to the counter to retrieve a sauce that had been forgotten (no big deal), I noticed a tray of food with fries on it! When I requested the missing sauce, I was met with attitude from the manager.
I’m not exaggerating when I say that every employee I encountered had the same expression—like they didn’t want to be there. I genuinely hope the new owner can address these issues and find ways to improve employee morale and the overall quality of service provided to the public.
