I had a great experience at IHOP, and Jasmin made it even better. She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect the whole time we were there. Our drinks were always refilled, the food came out fast, and she checked on us just enough without being overwhelming.
You can tell she really cares about giving good service and making customers feel welcome. It honestly made the whole experience better. If you come to this IHOP, I definitely recommend asking for Jasmin!

Been there a few times before because the food and service was great. Well unfortunately that wasn’t the case on Christmas day 2025, I’ve never seen that Manager before. She was so rude and I get that it was busy and a holiday, yet she was super nice to an older couple that arrived. They got a whole plate of fruit, their food was delivered by her. She brought us our drinks and right away her tone of voice was rude. Had to ask her for utensils because how are we supposed to stir our coffee. She just tossed them on the table. Asked her for more coffee and placed the kettle like it was a bother to her. Yet she gave the older couple two kettles of coffee. Even if the Managers are entitled to treat their friends and family it shouldn’t be that obvious. She needs to find another job or at least be discreet because taking those old people extra of everything and us the paying customer having to ask for the minimal and get attitude should maker feel ashamed of herself as WE the customers pay her wages…

The name of our server was Ocean, beautiful name by the way, was a sweetiepie! Friendly and took our order with ease. She made our overall breakfast experience great! I hadn’t eaten at Ihop in quite some time, but with good customer service such as the one she gave, I will definitely start going to Ihop more often.

We came to have lunch, got seated and waited 15 minutes, when I stated counted anyway, no one came by to even ask for our drinks. There were servers walking around, who saw us but no one came by our table whatsoever. What makes it worse is that the restaurant wasn’t even busy, there were empty tables. The girl who seated us was just leaning on the counter in the front when we walked up to leave she still said “thank you!” to us (LOL) thank you for what exactly? Anyway this is usually our closest location and why we come late at night, when the older staff is working, they’re definitely more attentive.

Norma our server was fantastic! She was so sweet, patient, and checked on us often without being pushy. The food was great, but the service made it even better. Definitely coming back! received exceptional service during my visit. She was attentive, courteous, and maintained a welcoming atmosphere throughout the meal. Highly recommend this IHOP location based on today’s experience.

We had a family breakfast get together and it was a great choice for us to come here. It was as good as eating at home. Alberto was very nice and professional. Food was delicious and served promptly and perfect temperature.

Been to different locations and this one is one of the best in town. Not to long of a wait if you have a party of 5 or more, I know other locations have an up to 30 min wait for our party of 7. Food and service was great!
