A hidden gem for sandwich lovers! I stopped by Twisted Pickle Deli and was blown away. As someone who appreciates a genuine NY/NJ deli, this place hits the mark perfectly. The sandwiches are stacked high with quality ingredients—definitely great value for your money. On top of the food being excellent, the vibe is welcoming, and the service is super friendly. Do yourself a favor and give them a try!

Phenomenal food and service! This was our first time visiting and will certainly not be our last. Not only was the staff so friendly just from helping us pick out what to order, but they were also willing to make a side of potato salad without onion (they were in the midst of making a new batch) at my husband’s request. The food itself was excellent. That Mama Mia’s chicken sandwich was exceptional.. all the different textures and flavors (from the meat to the arugula, mozzarella, pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, and balsamic glaze).. this sandwich had it all. Even though all the sides were delicious, the pasta salad really stood out to me. Very fresh and all the flavors mingled effortlessly.
We ordered: The Twisted Cuban, Cookie’s Mama Mia, and Homemade Pulled Chicken Salad (all on white) with sides: Potato Salad, Pasta Salad, Cole Slaw, and Spicy Dill Pickles.

They recently did an event for my father’s celebration of life at the environmental Learning Center in wabasso. Miss Kim and her Associates were absolutely Top Notch and the food was excellent. Twisted pickle should be considered a role model for all Florida businesses in our opinion. Thank you so much Kim, you are an absolute pleasure to work with. We will always stop and get lunch from you when we’re in that area. Jody and I wish you all the joy and success in 2026.

All homemade, great portions and dont forget to get a tub on homemeade potato salad to take home. Best we have ever had
Husband Steak and Cheese and i had twisted sister salad with egg salad, tuna and chicken salad.
HUGE and more than half coming home !

I can’t say enough about this place each and every time I go in there. I’m always met with a friendly face, a greeting and conversation. Followed up by preparation of a crafted sandwich that always ends up, looking like artwork.

I absolutely love this place! Best deli in the area hands down. Everything is fresh and the combinations the owner comes up with are amazing. The staff is super friendly and get everything out quickly. There hasn’t been an item on the menu that I haven’t loved! They even make everything from scratch! All of their dressings, pickles, tuna, chicken and egg salads, pasta salad, potato salad, and even coleslaw are all made from scratch. This place really is a gem. If you’re in the area check them out!

The homemade era is alive & very well here at this convenient sandwich spot. The location is Wabasso boat ramp convenient to the west for those going river boating. The parking is slim & the sandwich motif is homemade. They use Roma brand olives & Thumann’s meats. Great names and great quality to marry with the Cusano’s bakery breads The pricing is beachside pricing for each sandwich. The market bears the $14.00 price tag due to the many repeat eaters. The self made pickles are found with every order. The deli was clean to the touch & the staff were observed using sanitary gloves & sanitary procedures while making our order. Do not complain about the pricing just go somewhere else for a lesser quality sandwich. The whole wheat sub roll was tasty & was chew friendly. The packaging and presentation was as pleasing as it was flavorful. Overall this menu is expensive compared to the franchise bread only sandwiches but it is the patron nuance that will make me a repeat customer. Something to be said in a good way for this place serving up the best they can in every order. The internet pricing is old and the $9.00 sub is no more due to rising inflation & food costs.
