Me and my cousin went here and had lunch. I ordered the Tripple Dipper. Food and customer service was great. Also came back and got burgers for my mom a week later burgers weren’t cut so manager did everything he could do to fix the situation best Chilis location

I love the chicken pasta, the fajitas, and the wings. Today I had a 3 for me. I ordered a simple burger this time and a salad for my appetizer. The lettuce mix was super fresh. The burger was delicious. I was so full. Of course I will be back again.

Very busy Sunday. Our wait was shorter than what they told us it would be.
Our table was nice and service was quick and efficient. They gave us plenty of time to look over the menu and came back frequently to see if we needed anything. The overall experience was wonderful.

Just really disgusted and distraught. I’m never returning this this restaurant again. First of all, I heard nonstop screaming and loud music coming from the kitchen. Food was nasty and undercooked. My burger was basically raw. And at the end, there was a man who exposed his manhood and was peeing all over the parking lot. Not only was it disgusting, but there were also little kids walking around outside who also saw this. Management did absolutely nothing about it. This place is just overall so disgusting. I would not recommend this to anyone!!!! This all happened last night.

Server took about 15 to 20 minutes to get to our table for drink order. We placed our I had finished my salad by the time drinks arrived. I asked for honey mustard for salad got ranch. I ordered my free chips and salsa, never recieved it. I to get up and go ask for refills on our tea. I never had any problems before this food was hot . I don,t think really wanted to wait on us. Just weird. Come inside the place it’s not crowded At ALL.. Ask the waitress or seating attendant. Could we sit at a booth. It was plenty available. She asked the lady with the red pinkish hair. Guess that was her manager. She was like no. We have to in some arrangement. Like kids or something. It was very uncomfortable.
So, we left. Never to return.

Bionca, our waitress was very kind & made sure we had everything we wanted. Kitchen got our food out quickly! Prices are too high tho, Folks could enjoy this more often if prices were set for average family incomes.

This particular chilis must have new management. I haven’t been her since before covid I stopped going because at one point the Service and food was always horrible. To wait long periods of time for horrible food is Mean!!!
One of my children gave me a gift card for chili’s I wasn’t feeling well and against past experiences i decided chili’s it is.. To my surprise the food and service was fast and excellent .it was a game on they were a lil busy but we still got our food in a reasonable time.

Chili’s is always gonna be one of those places out-of-town that is very convenient, has reasonable prices, and just a lotta bang for your bucks. Visited this specific one back in November 2024 with family. Wanted something filling since I hadn’t ate anything by the time we arrived.

Ordered the 3 For Me with a Big Smasher burger & fries with a side of Loaded Potato Soup. The patty was cooked nicely, and the toppings of red onions, lettuce & condiments complimented & cut through the richness of the overall burger. Fries were piping hot and the hot & cheesy soup felt like a comforting warm hug. Yet another great visit to Chili’s. ‍♂️
