My initial experience at the Chick-fil-A on Merton Road in Mason, Ohio was fantastic! Even with a decent number of people inside, the staff were genuinely kind and helpful to both my sister and me. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and the Pineapple Dragonfruit drink was a delightful surprise. It offered a similar refreshing taste to some Starbucks drinks I enjoy, but at a significantly better price point.

Usually a good experience here, I placed an order for “Sandy” I received Tim’s drinks, and Gavin’s sandwich inside the bag labeled “Sandy”. Pretty disappointed, I tried calling the store 3 times and no one answered, if someone can contact me I’d appreciate it. Tim and Gavin I’m sure are disappointed too.

I usually have a decent experience at this Chick-fil-A, but I likely will not be returning after this experience. Today, a member of the staff was overtly sexist and disrespectful.
The younger man taking my order in the drive-thru seemed friendly at first, but as we finished our order, he started to get short with us. We still remained respectful to him, but after we paid, he raised his voice and said “hope you have a good day sir” then scurried away… Both of us in the car were very clearly women, and the order was placed under my name, Callie. This behavior was just immature and unacceptable, especially for “a caring company” that supposedly goes “above and beyond.”
I spoke with the manager who seemed to at least listen to me, but she did not make it apparent of what action would be taken. It would be consolation to at least know that he would be reprimanded for his overt disrespect.

My wife and kids and I ate at this location today. Their second day being open after a long remodel, yet the employees on table side, Hannah, Christian, and Aidan, managed everything very well. They were running around back and forth making sure everyone was happy and served. And you can’t forget all their promotions. Chick-fil-A always stays staffed and hires some of the best people.

The first person in the drive thru must have been having a really bad day. I ordered a salad and wanted the nuggets instead of grilled chicken and I wanted them on the side. I know you can do it because 1. in the app you can swap the chicken types and 2. I’ve ordered on the side at a different location. He didnt let us finish our order so we had to go to the booth to add a drink. We told the guy in the booth that we had cash to pay for the add on. Instead he canceled the original card payment to charge our card again. After the ordeal with the chicken on my salad I just settled for no chicken at all and then when I received my salad there was chicken on it!!! Extremely aggravating experience overall. It was so bad I was starting to question if this was real life.

Idk what happened to this place. It used to be the most well run restaurant that I have ever went to. Now you can wait ten mins on every to go order every time. Even mcdonalds is faster. Lot of employees but they must only care about drive thru because they def dont give a shit about to go or dd orders
