I said im not going to get the coupon back and she said it would go back because the order never went through.
I placed the order because of the coupon. I said it expired today and I dont have it back, im not going to get it back. She just says “Ok”.
Well now you lost the order, lady. I know $14 doesnt seem like a lot, but this service was terrible, and the money your customers put into the store pays your wage.
The attitude was just totally disgusting. I come here often and today i left empty handed. If Marisol was there, she would have helped a customer in need.
I just hope my money goes back in my card. It was my last bit of money I had and now wawa is holding it hostage and I cant eat today.
NO LOTTERY
Literally had to walk to the deli to ask someone for help and all they said is yeah someone will get you.
5 mins later. Still standing here waiting.
Asked people for help they said someone will be there soon after 10 mins I left. Thanks for the free coffee and snacks. Saved me about $20
It is notba restaurant, but it is the KING of convenience stores!
The food is good enough that I LOOK for Wawa for coffee (lots of variety and all good), on the go breakfast, subs, mac amd cheese, soup, meatballs… SO GOOD!!!
When it came time to get my order the guy slid it across the counter to me and walked off in the middle of me thanking him without a single word other than my order number.
No reason, just rude for the sake of being rude.
I come here often bc I love the coffee here,
At the time I went there was no coffee except hazelnut, this was around 9pm and me and my bf grabbed cups and where about to pour ourselves a drink and 2 employees male and female red-haired employe from the coffee station left to the back without communicating when I was about to ask a question.
I got over to the prep side and I ask a girl with green eyes and brown hair and she helped me out immediately thank-you for your service btw.
And she asked the other girl red hair and she was rude and said omg you couldn’t wait till the drinks finished pouring”.
I said no one told me to wait , no communication?!? And I asked her name and she said it was amethyst, I just found it rude how it all could have been avoided if I was only informed I wouldn’t have mind waiting for fresh coffee.
She instead said we dont make coffee past 2pm which I have been there plenty of times past 2pm and gotten coffee,
I spoke to the manager stan in which he apologized and included my drink for free and said the service was unsatisfactory, im only giving this a higher rating because your are correctifying it thank-you again stan and other female employee.
No one likes to wait and get curved then be rude when they are simply getting ready to go to work and maybe running late.
We placed a mobile order for the Gobbler bowl with sweet potatoes and stuffing. (2)
We get there to pick it up and are told they don’t have stuffing and they made one with just mashed potatoes and the other with just sweet potatoes.
1st: If something isn’t available, they usually don’t have it as an option to order it.
2nd: Shouldn’t you ask the customer what they want if you are out of what they ordered and paid for?
We got home and one actually had sweet potatoes and stuffing. The other only had mashed potatoes so that one was still not ok.
