Isarn really impressed, starting with the kind service and continuing through every dish that hit our table. Even though it’s a bit out of the way for me, the experience was so great that I returned the next day and will be back for sure!

The papaya salad was a standout right from the start: fresh and perfectly tangy, with that bright balance of acidity and heat that’s so addicting. Highly recommend the fried snapper! It’s beautifully cooked, tender on the inside and light & crispy on the outside. It’s a HUGE portion so two people can share (maybe even 3 if you also do apps?) The dipping sauces that come with their dishes are delicious and so flavorful!! They have vegan options, so I also tried the vegan papaya everything salad and it’s just as delicious as their regular one.

Also noteworthy, the happy hour menu is very impressive. They have great food options, unique cocktails, and prices that make it easy to sample a little of everything.

For dessert, the coconut ice cream and durian sticky rice was amazing as well. I’ll definitely be back soon!

I love the khao soi here. Thai curry egg noodle soup. My friend had the basil tofu. I love that this place has vegan and gf options for those with allergies. The cocktails we had were also lovely.

I met my son and his fiancé for my birthday dinner at Isarn Thai on Queen Anne. We started with the Mushroom Fritter. The fritters were less like traditional fritters but rather individual pieces of fried mushroom. They were similar to fried onions that you put on green bean casserole except much better as they were delicious. I had the Grilled Thai Beef Salad (Yum Nua), which was excellent. The beef (or tofu) salad is my go-to dish at Thai restaurants, and this was one of the best I’ve had. What puts it on top is how they prepared the beef…they grill it to your specification. I had mine medium rare, which was moist and tender. The service was fantastic, as was the atmosphere. Happy Birthday to me!

Stopped by for dinner with a friend. We were treated right away and our order quickly taken! We tried the garlic mushrooms and some wings. Then I got the northern style sweet curry (gang hung lay). Everything was absolutely delicious!

Oh. My. GOODNESS!!!!
Everytime I come here, the food is delicious and the service and atmosphere are fantastic, but TODAY!!!!

I had the Isarn Set with fried chicken, sticky rice and green papaya salad, my friend had the sweet curried beef and we shared the Thai Cup Nibbles.

The fried chicken was juicy, crispy and so well flavored. The beef curry was divine Papaya salad had a great balance of flavors.

But the Thai Cup Nibbles! I had never had anything like this dish before! It came on a plate with betel leaves, peanuts, dried shrimp, ginger, hot pepper, onions, lime and a sauce made of caramelized onions and shrimp. Good gracious!!! You put all of those things inside of the leaves and it was just magical!

You can’t go wrong here. Everything I have ever had here has been amazing and Aum, our deliverer of deliciousness was so attentive and kind from beginning to end. I literally hugged her before I left!

Thank you!!!

Fantastic Thai restaurant on the top of Queen Anne. I had the Khao soi or as they call it the Chiang Mai Curry Noodles. It was one of the best bowls I’ve had in Seattle, and the chicken was perfectly cooked. The cocktails were great too!

Isarn Thai is a nice option for Thai food in the Queen Anne area. I love coming here in the summer time because they have an amazing mango sticky rice option that is heavenly. I often choose to dine in because I feel like the take out can be hit or miss. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great, providing a modern feel and easy for any size group. Service is prompt and food is always prepared quickly.

Tried Isarn for the first time and it was great! Safe to say I had plenty leftovers for the next day, large portions for me! I had a classic, chicken pad Thai, and it was great! The reviews from the group were a solid 8/10!

I enjoyed this slightly different take on the typical Thai cuisine you find in most Thai restaurants. It was a nice change. Not to mention the service was impeccable and the portions were more than generous.

We visited the Queen Anne location of Isarn Thai Food and absolutely loved it. The food was incredible—especially the Deep-Fried Salted Beef, which I’m still dreaming about! The menu had a ton of delicious options, and everything we ordered was so flavorful. We arrived on a Thursday night around 6:45pm and were seated right away. The restaurant wasn’t too busy, and the vibes were super cute. It really felt like we stepped into a different world. Our server was friendly and quick, so we didn’t have to wait long for anything. Just a heads-up—there’s only street parking, so plan ahead for that. Overall, an excellent dining experience that we can’t wait to have again!
