My dad and I were driving from Chicago to Detroit and decided to stop here for a place to eat. Steve provided us great service! My dad’s burger and my wrap (no tomato) was excellent.
However, I wish the restroom had proper locks. I did not use the restroom like I planned because there was a mom & child, an employee, and myself waiting for 1 stall (the only one that locks, but has a huge gap between the door and frame). Yall know you can do better than this, especially for your female employees! Let the people pee in peace

Even though they were very busy we didn’t have to wait. We were seated promptly, wait staff was attentive, food and beverages arrived quickly and was correctly prepared. My burger was delicious but messy, and the fries were good but a tad soggy, so minus 1 star.
As for the atmosphere, it was extremely loud, but again they were very busy.

Haven’t had the best luck with local Red Robin’s. However, the Kalamazoo RR was great! Had the turkey burger, fries and 3 appetizers; fried pickles, pretzel bites and cheese twists. They sat a party of 12 at 8pm with minimal wait time even though they were slammed! Our server was there every time we needed something, like she could read minds . Will definitely come again next year if we go to the crusaders cup or in town for wrestling states!!!

Their burgers are delicious, but the bottomless fries are the main attraction! I always ask my server for a basket of fries before I get my burger, along with a side of ranch. When the fries get to the table, I sprinkle on the seasoning salt and dig in! I got there right when it opened at 11:00, and there was plenty of parking and ample seating available.

We in a group of 3 had a fun, yummy lunch time meal! We started out with an appetizer – chips and dip – and the presentation was pretty! We each got something different for lunch and each one of us enjoyed what we got – chicken, burgers, never-ending fries, side salads and veggies. Good stuff. And very capable and friendly servers.

Our food wait was longer than expected, and there were only about 4 other tables occupied when we arrived. One of our orders was completely wrong, not the waiter’s fault, he had written the order correctly. Our fries were lukewarm and the burgers didn’t taste freshly cooked. We spent over $70 with a gratuity of $25. I was disappointed because my previous visits altho were several years ago, the service and food was Awesome!!!
