Picked up a variety of pizzas and all of them were absolutely horrible! I just simply threw the leftover pieces in the garbage the next day. I’m not sure what has happened here, but the quality and taste has plunged. I gave up on Papa months ago but decided to try them again. Same result. Back to their competition for our pizza nights! UPDATE: Per the owner’s reply below, why would I want free codes for food I literally through in the garbage last (final) time I ordered at this place? No thanks, I prefer not going through another unappetizing experience.

I order delivery from this place a lot and not once has it disappointed me!! Drivers are always kind, food is always hot, and need I say they get here fast? Everything anyone would want in a pizzeria and more, 5/5. Only issue I could potentially see is that sometimes they ask third parties to deliver which usually ends poorly, but that’s not the restaurant’s fault.

Not sure why I would be asked how I want my pizza when they can’t do the simplest request. Marked square cut and well done. It’s obviously not. This is the third time this has happened and the first couple of times I thought it was just an off day, but now I’m starting to think it’s laziness.

Pizza was half cooked. It looked great but all dough underneath. Ate at the Jasper location 2 weeks ago and it was great, kudos to Sean and Brennan. Food should be consistent at each location.Kids working there were great but the pizza was sub par.

My pizza was rushed obviously not in the oven long enough. Also had patches of cheese bottom half of our slices had no cheese. Then I call and a young man basically refused to believe they were wrong on their part said he would transfer me to a manager. And never did. I’ll NEVER spend money with them again

Everyone gives Papa John’s a bad rep. That being said they are the only delivery that comes to me. They have never been late, never messed up an order, and are open very late. I order with the app and always get great deals with either my papa points or the good deals they have running. I’ve gotten carryout and delivery and neither ever disappoints Good job PJ of Dahlonega. Also Brenden is the best PJ employee they could ask for.

Their service is come to a all time low. Order 2 pizzas and they both have over 2″ of curst and they both we not even cut through. Called to talk to a manager his name was James. Said toppings where right..which they where. But the 2″ of curst and nothing cut through..yeah sure the lines are there but it was not completely cut. We use Papa John’s cause they the only place that will deleiver out where we live but sorry guys…I’d rather drive and pick up then pay for quality and get this.

Not sure what happened but this Papa John’s and possibly the company as a whole has tanked. Recent health scores are awful. All that aside, here is my experience tonight. This location has delivered to me for over 10 years. Now regardless of what time it is, when I log into the app and ask for delivery it tells me that the store is closed. What it suggests to me is to use doordash. Doordash will deliver Papa John’s to me, however you cannot use any coupons and have to pay seriously inflated prices for what is essentially fast food pizza. So what they have done is cut out everything but delivery within a couple miles and are now trying to force people to overpay for a product. Even crazier, when you try to call the local store now it reroutes to an answering service outside of the United States to process your order for you. Let that sink in. Papa John’s is outsourcing their phone calls and not even letting people inside the store take orders anymore. That speaks volumes. Never again.

They were so busy and short-staffed on the evening I made a carry out order, but the pizza was hot, delicious, and the service was so kind. They apologized more than once for my having to wait (it was only a few minutes). Definitely recommend.
