It’s becoming harder to find a decent Taiwanese restaurant even in our own Rowland Heights. This place was recently changed from Shanghainese dishes to Taiwanese food. And it will be our go to Taiwanese restaurant from now on.
Most of the dishes were very good, but a few needs improvement. First of all, it’s steamed stinky tofu was one of the best I’ve had in this area. The fried rice noodle was very good as well. The stirred fried vegetable dishes we’ve had were both fresh and tasty. The braised pork belly was above average. The pork blood and intestines stew was decent. The rest of the dishes were average. In particular, the sweet & sour fish wasn’t too good.
The new staff/management was friendly and efficient.

Takes credit card. Taiwanese comfort bento box store food that ranges around $15.95. Everything was okay. Decent for price but I wouldn’t rave over it. Although, surprisingly I am in love with their fried oysters mushroom!! It has a crunch fried thin layer, and then regular texture of oyster mushrooms.
You can dine in, or call to order takeout. If you’re off the 60fwy and wanted to grab quick takeout on the way to Vegas, that’s what we did. Small clean restaurant joint. They take credit card. But if you pay cash, it’s cheaper.
All In Combo (fried items) $19.95: Taiwanese popcorn chicken + fish cake +oyster mushrooms + squid balls + sweet potatoes.
Braised Pork Belly Rice $15.95
Pork Chop Rice $15.95.
Kingchops still had a better pork chop. But overall quality of other items and selection was better at All in Cafe, according to the SO.

We didn’t know this place until we were at the strip mall and walked by there and found out about this place. The new owner told me that they have been taking over this restaurant for a few months already. My hubby and I tried the C4. All-In Combo with Taiwanese popcorn chicken, fish cake, oyster mushroom, squid balls, and sweet potatoes. ($19.95), I ordered the #18a Half-tendon and half-meat Taiwanese braised beef noodle soup. ($17). They first served us the All-In Combo, and it was a big tray with a lot of fried stuff, but without any rice. My hubby thought that it would have come with the rice. It did not look like an entree for him. We enjoyed the taste of their popcorn chicken, oyster mushrooms, and sweet potatoes. It was a pretty big portion, so we couldn’t finish it all. The half-tendon & half-meat braised beef noodle soup was so flavorful, and the beef was so tender. Highly recommended! The servers were friendly but the service was a bit slow. Overall, it was a good dining experience.

Absolutely loved this place! The food is super authentic Taiwanese. The popcorn chicken was perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the sesame oil kidney vermicelli was rich, comforting, and just amazing . Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The atmosphere is cozy, and the service is friendly. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

I’m so glad I stopped by this Taiwanese restaurant today the food quality is excellent and everything is super clean. Honestly, if you only look at the prices on the menu, you might not realize how good the portions and quality really are. I haven’t seen a pork chop this thick in LA for a long time!
The staff here are also very friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. I’m actually happy I worked late today, because it gave me the chance to try this place and I’m definitely coming back. Highly recommend!
