1st, tonight I ordered through Doordash and before it even arrived I had a call from the restaurant that the dasher forgot part of my order. He(from the restaurant)insisted on bringing it to me all the way to the valley so I have to say you can’t get better service than that! Totally above and beyond. Also sweet, nice, and apologetic. 2nd I think the chicken there is great. Moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. Plenty of food and tons of fries. I don’t know about the negative reviews but mine is 100% positive. Thank you to the staff for not leaving it to Doordash to give me a refund, and having the non chicken people go without food (lamb was what was left behind, and personally delivered, and apparently very tasty too.)

worst experience of my life so far. The old pakistani guy (bald) at the front went above and beyond on being rude and pathetic.
He first asked me if I was indian, when I replied I was a bangladeshi, he started calling me “Hey Bangal” (derogatory term). How dare you speak to your customer like that!!
when I told him i’m gonna pay with card he gave me another look and asked again “You don’t have cash?” WTH!! are you guys doing any shady business that you want me to pay with cash!??
Before leaving he again shouted at me “Hey Bangal, take two drinks” I was annoyed so much and had to control myself. If I could give them negative stars I would. The person at the front don’t know how to speak to a customer.

I went there eating with my friends and mother. The prices are too high $18 for 15pc of fried chicken and almost $10 for a 2 liter soda. On my cup I saw many tiny hairs. On my table under my plate was a cockroach. I was sick already and feeling stomach pain now. I do not recommend this restaurant. The way the lady was rude. Sorry for being negative but we were not pleased.

I love this place. Food is ALWAYS freshly made, I have started trying their kebabs and I am so pleasantly surprised for the Hazleton Area. Would love to see more dishes of their homeland on the menu. First and foremost they do not wear gloves, secondly the cashier assumes that everyone that walks in is drunk and that is not the case. Very unprofessional customer service. I am from the restaurant industry and I know how patrons should be treated when you order something that requires the usage of utensils, you should accommodate your customer with utensils. Also they don’t give enough condiments for the amount of chicken/french fries that you purchase knowing that the cost of condiment packets is 0.0001 cents per packet.. and possibly $5 per box of 200+.. very rude and disrespectful when i tried to suggest future customer service skills..
