I don’t think I’ve ever gone in but I’ve gone through the drive through so many, many times. They have some amazing food here with huge portions. My favorite is the carne asada! Alma at the Valencia location is always friendly and accommodating! 5 star always, my go-to! ♥️

I’d say the food was 3.5 if I’m being honest. It wasn’t bad, just was underwhelmed. The beef taco to me the meat wasn’t seasoned. They do give you green or red salsa packets to add some flavor. BTW the packets are nearly impossible to open, awful. I will say the carnita tostada was very good and flavorful. I ordered when it was slow so no complaints on drive thru. They are making the food fresh so i appreciate that. Price point is very fair.

Absolutely disgusted with the service at my absolute favorite restaurant in the whole city. I have been coming here for 25 years almost 3x a week for my after work nachos and have never had to bring my food back 2x . The carne was old and grey and not fresh. Also, being a tucson chef for 20 years, I know what fresh cooked meat looks like. I have been coming here with my mother and grandmother for years. I couldn’t even get my food remade correctly. All I got was attitude and 10$ back. This place has not been the same for the last few months sorry to say I will not be coming back for a while.

Nothing fancy, just good Mexican food. They do have a drive- thru, but they also have seating inside. Counter service. Great food, great price.

The food is good.
Probably the only thing that keeps people coming back.
Because the customer service here is terrible.
The girl acts like your bugging her when ordering.
And like she did is this HUGE favor for cleaning the ONE table for us.
Though you can clearly see they all needed to be cleaned.
The salsa bar leaves something seriously to be desired.
Oh but wait!!
Let’s not forget to consider leaving them a tip…
The cooks are in here doing an awesome job.
But this young girl needs to go
If she can’t keep this place up to standards, and changes her attitude.

I really like Losbetos and I come here frequently.
They recently changed how their salsa is packaged however and it is almost unusable. Instead of the little plastic cups (you know the ones that literally every Mexican restaurant uses) they started putting their salsa in tiny bags. There’s no good way to open them, no good way to hold them, and they make an enormous mess no matter what you do.
Management needs to fix this! It’s really bad and is encouraging me to find a new Mexican spot nearby.

Unfortunately, as I’m sure you’re aware, the packets don’t stand up on their own, and while ketchup is a paste your salsa is more of a liquid, so when you set the packets down they usually spill and make a mess. I will just hope you can get enough employees to change it back at some point. Thanks!
