Let me start with the service, which was amazing… Very friendly, attentive and the atmosphere was great. I’m afraid that the exceptional service and nice vibe did not translate to the food. The dynamite chicken appetizer was the best item we had. Signature lo mein were also good. The kung pao beef was chewy and the black pepper chicken lacked flavors. Sushi didn’t taste great either and had a hint of sour flavor to it. Maybe it was a one off, but I walked away thinking that it was a disappointing experience. We used to love this place 🙁

Stopped in at PF Chang’s this afternoon for our first visit and it couldn’t have gone better. The food was delicious, and the Dynamite Shrimp is a must-try—it really stood out. The atmosphere was relaxed with soft lighting and just quiet enough to have good conversation without feeling crowded or noisy.
Our server, Diana, was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and really made us feel taken care of from start to finish. She honestly made the whole experience even better.
We’ll definitely be back and absolutely recommend this spot!

We had a rez for 6:30pm for 8 ppl and we still waited 20 minutes to be seated. Not sure the hold up? Our waitress Alyssa was amazing though. She was attentive and funny and really made sure I felt special on my birthday.
Food was just okay, but drinks were yummy. Dessert was the best part! Don’t miss out on their butter cake.

The chicken, lettuce wrap was phenomenal. The service by Katie was outstanding. She served us with a smile and a great energy. My wife and I complimented her pink hair and friendliness.
The only reason we gave the atmosphere four was because we were seated directly underneath a house speaker. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not something that will prevent us from coming back.
P.F. Chang’s should give Katie a raise, she really was that good.

Had an online curbside pickup order. There was no where to park so went inside. There was no hostess with customers waiting in line. Went to takeout pickup and again no one working there. Asked bartender to see if someone was working and was told they could help. They helped by yelling into the kitchen “Is anyone working takeout?” Eventually got someone and they said they would look for my order. They never came back but a second person did and they went to look for my order. Eventually got my order after it was late because they were “still preparing it”. Got home within 15min and the food was cold. The kids meal shows it comes with a bowl of strawberries and blueberries but instead got three orange garnish slices.

Update- they requested I contact them directly, so I did. Said I would hear back in 3-5 days. Still nothing… just terrible.

Missy is amazing! I went to the Schaumburg location and she was my waiter. Missy is very kind, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. I had a wonderful dining experience thanks to her (and the food)! Looking forward to coming back!

This PF Changs was just absolutely phenomenal and it was an amazing restaurant experience. I had a waitress named Erica who was just an absolute joy and she made amazing reccomendations for food and drinks and I love the warm atmosphere! I am coming back 100% cause the food alone is worth coming back for but the atmosphere and positivity was just the cherry on top!!
