The food was fantastic. And the atmosphere was nice and the service very friendly. I got the Nashville Chicken Tenders and my partner got the sausage po-boy. And we got an order of the sidewinder fries. Food is 10/10.

My only problem was price. I think it is too expensive for what you get. 2 tenders, 1 piece of toast, with 3 small pickles on top cost me $16 and a smaller sandwich cost my partner $17. This is without sides or drinks. And $9 for a paper plate of fries. To add sides to meals is an extra $5. I live in Minturn, and I have eaten at every restaurant in town. And this price is high for what you get.

At The Crazy Chicken, which has THE best wings in Colorado (check them out too!!). 10 wings is $17 and they are pretty sizable wings and FANTASTIC. On locals nights I can go there and get 10 wings and a free beer for $16. Their chicken sandwiches, which are served with fries, are $16-$17. Rocky Mountain Taco (also really great!!!) I get a box of loaded nacho fries for $16. RMT also has a food truck at Vail Brewing in Eagle Vail, and they charge $12 for a HUGE burrito. Minturn has an amazing amount of great food in a .5 mile strip. Thai Kitchen Minturn, Kirby’s BBQ, Magustos, Sunrise Minturn are all great local places. So, often times my choice of restaurant comes down to price. I eat out in Minturn about once a week because I can walk there.

This is a wonderful women operated small business. And I hope they stick around. I do feel their quantity per price point makes it tough for locals to support. And Minturn is still local driven, especially in the summer. I’d expect this kind of pricing per quantity at a Beaver Creek or Vail Resort event. Maybe AvonLive. Not my local town spot. I’d like to come back. I don’t known if it will be my first choice because my $20 can go a lot farther for really great food at other Minturn spots. It would be my first choice if they maybe added an extra tender, and drop their side prices to $2. Possibly Bolster up their po-boys a bit. Or include sides in the entree prices. My partner felt the same way I did about their meal.

If you want something different and have a bit more money to spend, 10/10 go for it!! The service is top tier and the food is wonderful. The chicken is addictive. This might be a few times a summer thing for me rather than my weekly dinner spot.

Good Gravy! Mountain Belles is and are (Lindsey and Abby) amazing!! When I sank my teeth into one of the best Po’ Boys I have ever tasted, I might as well have been down on Bourbon Street. Every ingredient was fresh and fabulous! The perfect bread to hold together all of the tantalizing ingredients..Yummy Yummy!!! I will definitely be back to try everything on the menu and enjoy the relaxing ambiance and friendly service. If you’re looking for a memorable meal, RUN, don’t walk…if you’re driving, use the fast lane!

Wow! If you try anything Nashville Chicken is perfectly cooked with crispy skin and great spices. Jambalaya is so good. The portions are great and both (Lindsey and Abbey are kind and generous). I highly suggest taking the time to stop by this food truck.

I didn’t realize how amazing a food truck can be! Mountain Belles has incredible food. But better than that, I found myself a part of the family chatting with Abby and Lyndsey. The jambalaya pairs perfectly with Wild Mountain Cellars Barbara (tasting room 5 feet away). Mountain Belles are a TREASURE of Minturn and the Vail Valley. Experience it for yourself!

This place is AWESOME! I stopped by last night to grab dinner and WOW! Both Abbey and Lindsay were super friendly while I waited for my food. I got the combo plate(Jambalaya with shrimp étouffée on top) and it did not disappoint and the spice level was perfect. I will be going back soon!

Just an absolutely phenomenal experience for me as a southerner. I moved here in 2017 from Memphis, TN, and I immediately noticed that there has never been a southern/soul food spot in the valley that really tickled my fancy and fulfilled my desires. They hit the spot and made my leg kick like a dog. Po boys, etoufee, and sweet tea? I’m looking at wedding rings cause these sweet ladies deserve a proposal at this point.

I don’t know what they put in their seasonal lobster mac and cheese, but it is divine. Better than Capitol Grill! Soo soo good; creamy, flavorful and down right delicious .

I want to go back just to try their other food menu items!!
