The atmosphere was really cool. However the Brisket was more fat than meat, the sandwich was cold, and no seasoning. I tried putting the BBQ sauce that’s on the table on there to give it a little bit more flavor but it didn’t help. The beans had pork in them, which I wasn’t expecting. I don’t eat pork and I wish the menu would’ve specified that it’s pork in the beans. The street corn was really good as well as the okra. The waitress never provided me with her name and wasn’t very attentive to me. Cool atmosphere though.

On the good side, they give you quite a bit of meat for your entree order, and the potato salad is very good. Overall, we thought the brisket and pulled pork was pretty average and their only red sauce was pretty light and sweet. Great service and decent vibe.

We used Ford’s BBQ as catering for our wedding of about 120 people and it was the best decision we made. Every single guest went out of their way to let us know how great the food was. They were super responsive and helpful with the planning stages, including creating the mix of food that we wanted. Faith and Joel were the people we most talked with and cannot thank them enough! At the wedding, they also did a great job setting up and helping keep the buffet stocked and went above and beyond by even cleaning up dishes as people were finishing eating. We cannot recommend them enough for your next catering event. The people are amazing and the food is unmatched. They even made sure we accommodated our guests’ food restrictions and allergies (those BBQ lentils were a hit with non-vegetarians as well). Definitely don’t miss the mac-n-cheese! People are still talking about it! We will use them again in the future for catering and continue to patron their locations for dinner and drinks on our own 🙂

First time at this location and definitely not the last! This location is near me in my neighborhood. The other location is near my job. I got the best brisket nachos i ever had from this location. I also got a brisket sandwich and skins. I got my mom a 6 pc agave wings with blue cheese and a brisket sandwich. The food is delicious here. I visited on 8-4-2025.

The food had some highs and lows. First the street corn appetizer is delicious but the corn was slightly over cooked which made the kernels really sticky. The kids nachos lacked flavor and weren’t great. The ribs were tasty and the fried okra was honestly the best thing we ate. It tasted fresh and was perfectly seasoned!

I did take out and the best thing was the pork skins or chicharrones as angelos are calling them now. The beef was half fat but good and the pulled pork was moist (photos are before reheating) and I didn’t want sauce on the chicken. The coleslaw looks like it was made with chopped cabbage right when it’s getting ready to turn colors, though edible. Imma give them another try as it was slow and well after lunch and before dinner so maybe this was what was left before cooking more for dinner.

I was craving some good ole bbq and came across this place. I was not disappointed at all. I was blown away how good everything was with so much flavor. Stephanie was my server: you can tell she was very experienced and super friendly… made the whole experience even better.

The customer service and atmosphere was great. I had the Texas Cheesesteak, macaroni, and baked beans. I wasn’t expecting the spicy kick the Cheesesteak had to it but it was still delicious. Parking was free but it can be difficult to get out depending on where you park.

What a nice Saturday lunch. Not very crowded and great weather for March. I had the pulled pork and brisket plate. All good stuff including the collard greens and creamed corn. They did not have several items on the menu but what I ended up with was very good. Same with my wife, did not get exactly what she wanted but still happy. The others had the ribs and enjoyed them fine. Very nice place. Would go back.

I got the fresh air special sandwich with Brunswick stew. The pulled pork was some of the best I have had, I could really taste the hickory and it was cooked perfectly. I put the hot mustard barbecue sauce on it because I love vinegary barbecue. The slaw on top was a nice addition. The Brunswick stew is some of the best I have ever had, meaty, tangy, with a bit of a kick. Ford’s is my favorite barbecue hands down and is always consistent.
