My wife who lives in Hanoi said this is the best burger ever. I live in Los Angeles, CA for my whole life and have eaten many cheeseburgers. I told her she did not know how much better burgers are in America. Well, I was wrong and she was right. This was one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. The buns were soft and pillowy, the patty was well-seasoned and had a nice crisp. I got the Original Goodtime burger which came with two patties and I would get the X3 Pleasure next time for three patties instead. The sauce and pickles were great too. We tried their Dream Fries which had unique ingredients I have never had on fries before and it was amazing. I will definitely get that again because you won’t find this in the United States. Also, they had truffle sauce and cheese sauce for you to get yourself along with ketchup and chili sauces. Trust me, I have eaten In-n-Out burger and much more in the USA and this spot was delicious. I cant wait to return back.
Customer service was exceptional too. Oh yeah, you can walk to a lake view in just two minutes from this restaurant.

We wanted to explore West Lake area and also to have something a little different for lunch and found this Good Time outlet on Google.
The design of the shop is fantastic with lots of very nice touches. I especially love the white board where people can post happy thoughts! But the proof is in the pudding – or rather, the burgers – and for this, Good Time passes with flying colours. My wife and I had a fabulous lunch, and this was made more enjoyable by the superb service – the warmth and friendliness especially – by the young lady behind the counter.
We had a fantastic day of exploring made better with a wonderful lunch.

Incredibly delicious burger and such a fun vibe in here. I love Vietnamese food but I needed something familiar. Good sauces and interesting sides for your adventurous side. Highly recommended!

The space a bit tiny but they rock it up, I’ve been shocked when I get into their restroom haha, got everything you need for renew yourself after the meal!

Ambient and service were good. Burgers and fries are also delicious with their recipe. But I honestly the burger patties were like ordinary mc Donalds patties dry and thin. Overall you may try it was good time.

Didn’t expect much at first ’cause we just stumbled upon this place while driving around, but the food was good, especially the fries and burgers ofc. Totally recommend. The vibe and the decor are also so cool.

i ordered the regular burger, the tasty fingers and a coke which came to around £6 (for the brits).
the burger was absolutely perfect, juicy, full of flavour and the chicken was super nice with a spicy sauce on the side.
very friendly service and waited around 10-15 minutes with was very good as it wasn’t too quiet.
definitely recommend this place to anyone craving a burger in hanoi

The place is funny and you should try once. Good music and ambiance. The beer was really bad and pricey.
Burgers are Happy meal McDonald size. Good.
Overall extremely expensive. You need at least 2 burgers to fill a normal man’s stomach. Staff is a bit disorganized while the place is almost empty ^^
