went to the other Taco Bell on Rossville Boulevard had an awful experience and was told to come up to this Taco Bell. I have always had exceptional service at this Taco Bell. I wish I would’ve just stopped here on my way home instead of the other one I expressed to them the problems I had at the other Taco Bell, not understanding that I was a vegetarian and could not eat chicken. He was very kind and reassured me that they should’ve not treated me that way, and that they should have been able to modify whatever I wanted he then told me to order whatever I wanted and I got to the window and I tried to pay and he told me multiple times. No, I don’t want your money. I feel bad that you had to deal with that. It was very nice and very kind to know that there are some understanding people in the world and who were willing to help me out with my little $10 meal. It was a very sweet gesture, and I definitely will be back to this location. They are so amazing and so tentative they deserve much praise.

Ordered 2 combo meals. Both came with large drinks. Got mtn Dew for one water with the second. Please tell me why I was told they are only allowed to give out medium sized waters, even though the meal I paid for came with a LARGE FOUNTAIN DRINK. WATER IS CHEAPER. Management needs to do better. Don’t argue over a water. I should not have to argue over a large water cup. 0 stars. Will not be back.

The workers here are ALWAYS in a great mood and have lovely work positive attitudes. I love that food is always hot, workers are fast! longest I’ve ever waited for food was 5 minutes TOPS and I was the 13th car in line and they got me through that long line in 5 minutes. For a new Taco Bell I had higher hopes. The staff is so unorganized & The manager was extremely rude to us. (Redhead with an excessive amount of sparkly eyeshadow on) Now they are currently inside the drive thru window screaming at each other. All I hear is “I DONT KNOW WHAT THAT ORDER IS!!” (which was the manager?) The Drive thru at a stand still because of a few doordash orders. . 4 employees I see inside & can’t get right with a few mobile orders. Hopefully the food reflects the time it took to get it. I have my doubts. Update:35 minutes waiting for a mobile order. With 6 items and STILL had to go back because they left off an item! ♀️

She is obnoxious rude and throughout the entire experience cringingly rude. I had high hopes for this store. Sadly if I have to endure this just to get lunch I will stop going there.

I hadn’t been inside a Taco Bell in years since I usually just go through the drive thru but this location really surprised me. The restaurant is spotless, the food is always consistent and the staff is super friendly. I especially like using the touch screen kiosks right when you walk in because ordering is quick and convenient. Do not forget to check in with the Taco Bell app to earn points because they add up fast. I love having this new spot just down the road and it has become my go to stop for something quick before running errands.
