From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the sweetest welcome and quickly taken to your table. The food is always fresh, and the portions are so generous ,you really get your money’s worth. The service is amazing; they check on you often and are super quick and attentive without being overwhelming. The restrooms are always clean, which I really appreciate. I absolutely loved this place and we will definitely be coming back!

Wow, awesome service and staff! So friendly and helpful.
Very nice atmosphere, you can tell everyone is enjoying themselves. The salad wagon is the best salad bar I’ve ever seen. Overall a lot of nice little touches in food prep, quality and presentation as well as decor and service that you end up noticing and that make a difference.
I would 100% bring the family back here.

I havent had a great meal like this in a long time. My medium rare sirloin was so exquisite, I could tell the mash potatoes were made from scratch and the rolls were simply one of a kind. The Pina rita tastes like a pina colada and its not overly sweet like many places, it was perfect for my taste. Our waitress Phyllis was simply amazing. Highly recommend!

Ordered their very proudly priced $30 10 oz ribeye that comes with two sides and a dr.pepper. Sides I chose were asparagus and steamed broccoli and the steak was to be medium.
We came around 4pm so avoiding the lunch and dinner rush and saw maybe 30% capacity in the location so if you have a low sensory tolerance for people in public places, this is probably choice.
One refill on the drink which is normally sufficient for any dining experience except the glass was 3/4 filled with ice so it was very noticeable and when it became empty before the rolls and butter were brought to the table.
Our waitress appeared to be responsible for two tables, which included ours and we saw her three times—order, food delivery and check. The other tables with wait staff also seemed to be relatively isolated as well so maybe it’s more of a standard practice of the restaurant vs our individual experience.
Given the expectations of a steakhouse that prides itself on prime beef sourcing, there is adequate condiments on the table such as ketchup or A1 if you don’t actually have any taste to the meat. Normally i’m perfectly pleased with basic salt and pepper added during cooking but unfortunately those were not added in this experience so I did have to resort to grinding the salt onto the steak. I will say the temperature ordered was correct for my meal but not the counterpart at my table who ordered their burger medium as well. It came well done but I was reassured that their full handheld experience was tasty enough.
If you journey here and want steak, I hope you have lower expectations than myself for basic seasoning of beef and service. My friend that ordered the all you can eat salad seemed the most satisfied with the chuck wagon bar.

We’re from San Antonio, Texas, on a mini vacation to bring our three kids to experience snow for the first time. We were looking for good food we would all enjoy and our hotel recommended this place. We tried the steak, chicken friend steak, and salad bar. Everything was absolutely delicious and well worth the price. The atmosphere was friendly and warm. The best part of our experience was hands down, our waitress. She was extremely attentive to all her tables, and interactions with our kids were memorable. Her name was Mae Lucero. If she’s available, definitely ask for her. My wife made sure to let the manager know we really appreciated her service, but I wanted to include her in my review as well. They are very lucky to have her on staff.
For those who are military, they also offer discount off your bill. Coming from a military city, we appreciated the restaurant offering this discount too. Highly recommended restaurant, ENJOY!

Why does this place have the smoking area beside the front door? Smoking was banned 19 years ago in New Mexico for restaurants. Put the smoking outdoor ‘ashtray’ on the side of the restaurant away from the vast majority of customers who don’t smoke and don’t want to smell it. This is a family restaurant! Second hand smoke causes cancer! Come on! Stop caring about profits and start caring about people.

I haven’t been to a K Bobs in a decade but remember the salad bar. We stopped in , yesterday, with my husband, who was blown away! The salad bar was fresh. Food delicious. Our server was busy but didn’t leave you wondering where she went! She was personable and warm.
