I tried Smashburger for the first time yesterday and I was truly amazed at how delicious their food was. It took me a while to try this place because it’s always empty and honestly I don’t see how. Customer service could have been a tad bit better as far as when you walk in that you’re greeted by the cashier but otherwise I enjoyed my food and I will be returning again. 10/10 for food , 7/10 for customer service

Quick service, the restaurant is clean and neat. Food is served very hot, and the staff is attentive. Recommended for a quick bite of burger and fries. The only vegetarian option is a black bean patty which is unexpectedly yummy.

This place was overall pretty disappointing. I ordered a smash burger with brisket and it wasn’t very good. The budget was thin and tough, and despite being loaded with all kinds of stuff like bacon and bbq sauce, it was pretty bland. It was also really expensive. 17.xx for a burger combo is a lot. I could have spent a few bucks more and gotten a ribeye across the street.

Prices are absolutely outlandish! The food is far too mediocre to warrant the pricing. Fort Bliss MWR needs to kick this place off base! What a disservice to Soliders and their families.

Smashburger on Freedom Crossing is an amazing choice that an individual can choose for food. The burgers have fresh ingredients and are not too greasy. My fries had excellent flavoring and a great crisp to them.

I’ve been deployed for a year so maybe this is the new normal but $19 for a single patty smash, fries and a shake is insane. Fries were good but portion was small. Same with the burger. Food arrived quickly. Not much of an atmosphere but they do have a TV. Again, decent food but overall not a good value.

The Bacon Smash Burger was hot, fresh, and not at all greasy, which says a lot when you have two burgers, each topped with cheese and, of course bacon. The regular fries were hot and crisp as well. The gingerbread Shake was thick and delicious. Well done!
