⭐ 1-Star Review (Would Give 0 if Possible)
I live on Marco Island and unfortunately this is the second time I’ve had issues with this Dunkin’ location when ordering through Uber Eats. My main item — the one I actually placed the order for — was missing again.
The first time it was my donuts. Today it was my iced latte with two extra espresso shots (over $12 by itself). The Uber driver told me the drink simply wasn’t given to him. He was kind enough to drive back to the store and bring it to me, which I really appreciated — but that is not his job. His job is to pick up what the store prepares, not to check the order for accuracy.
This responsibility is on the store. When you accept a mobile order or a delivery order, it needs to be made correctly, packed correctly, and handed over correctly. Simple.
I tried calling the store multiple times and nobody picked up. On an island as small as Marco Island, with only one Dunkin’ and basically no competition, there is no excuse for this level of carelessness. A location with this responsibility should be operating at a five-star level — not 3.7 and dropping.
This review is not to attack the staff personally, but to make it clear: accuracy matters. Customers should not have to chase down missing items, especially on repeat orders.

Dirtiest Dunkin Donuts we have ever been too. Just gross! Dust & cob webs hanging from the ceiling, nasty bathroom. The only good thing is our coffee was good & staff was nice.

Terrible, will never come back. Guy in front of us waited a long time for a toasted bagel, then they messed up our order, didn’t have the right products to make our drinks, and then this is how they gave me my bagel with cream cheese… They scooped it out of the container and just put it on the bagel. Didn’t spread it around and then when I asked the manager for a plastic knife so I could spread it she went to the back and started a conversation with an employee. I had to ask another employee for a knife. Severe lack of training and attention to detail. 7/11 coffee across the street would probably be a better choice if you don’t want to go to Starbucks down the street.

There are a group of guys that smoke cigarettes and cigars right near the door entrance. The have a nice deck and gazebo area but if you sit there, be ready for a constant stream of tobacco. I believe smoking in Dunkin’ Donuts is against company policy. It is unknown why management lets this happen.

My husband ordered an iced Macchiato and it was barely tasting to coffee. We are regular Dunkin customers and we know what is the beverage standard. When complaining, one of the employees didn’t want to re-make the beverage. A second employee wanted to make it again, but was not allowed. Then she removed ice, added coffee shots (not sure how many but turned out horrible). On top of it, the bad mood employee talked outloud about how much caffeine my husband was consuming and about how many restrictions the owner placed over them as employeees. Overall a terrible experience! Worst Dunkin shop in Florida.
