The taste was alright however the dough was not fully done. Not sure if it needed to be pushed back in the oven a bit more or if the temperature wasn’t high enough. Only the bottom and crusts were done.

The pizza is Papa John’s Pizza, which I like. I also love their breadsticks but I really love their breadsticks with cheese sauce. Every time I order they ask me what kind of sauce I want and I choose cheese. And then ask me if I want more sauce and I say yes I do, actually, I want more cheese sauce. And I never ever get it in my order! Like the last 10 times I’ve ordered it. And this time I left a note “please don’t forget the cheese sauce!”. No cheese sauce. I know they still have it, because one time I called the store and they acted like I was crazy because I wanted them to bring it to me after they had delivered the rest of the order. Seriously, how do I get cheese sauce with my order? I feel like I’m being punked.

I’m a door dasher. Always loved picking up from there. Until I picked up order for order that was more than tip, but thought it would be fine, until I got there an was given 8 yep 8. For under the amount to get a GALLON OF GAS. So nope I will not be picking up from there again. Customer said they ordered thru Papa John’s so all I can figure is there driver didn’t want to deliver due to tip. SO OK MY TIP FOR 8 PIZZAS TAKEN 4.4 MILES WAS READY 2.50. HOW DISAPPOINTED FROM PAPA JOHN’S

Good pizza and flavor, but this location cannot follow simple directions to save their lives. Every customization I made to my order was missed. The pizza and the jalapeño bites had the wrong dipping sauce, was cut when I asked for it not to be cut, had very little sauce, and was underdone. I asked for well done and extra sauce. Overall disappointing because I do really like papa johns. I don’t plan to return to this location.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in the available items on their menu. They were prompt to deliver my order and the delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. I had forgot to ask for the receipt and he was kind enough to send me a photo with his phone. I can’t praise them enough. The pizzas were piping hot and delicious. I will contact them again when I am in the Decatur Alabama area.

Horrible experience. Ordered through Uber eats and waited over an hour and half for my food. My order was placed around 5:45, Uber eats app notified me that my food was ready about 6. I was notified my Uber eats driver was at papa John’s around 6:15 and he never got food until 7:00. Uber driver only got my food because I called and asked if my pizza was ready. When I called, they mistaken my order for two other orders. When I finally got my ONE pizza, it was cold, stale, and like cardboard. When I called to ask for a refund, they said I had to go thru Uber eats. It’s been like jumping through hoops.

I ordered some pizza while in the hospital with my husband. The delivery arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected. The pizza had great flavor but was over cooked a bit. Delivery driver was great , she came all the way to the 4th floor and brought it to the room .
