Stopped on our way home from the beach. We had never heard of this restaurant so decided to give it a try. Oh my goodness!!!!! Hot fresh hamburger with 8oz patty was a complete meal but we ordered the bacon ranch fries and they were hot and delicious too!!!! The staff was helpful and sooooo friendly. Wish we lived nearby so we could come all the time!!! Best hamburger ever!!!!!

Today I drove 20 hours to Alabama. American Deli here in prattville was the first go to. Varun was such a vibe. And presented such great customer service. He even introduced a seasoning that I must say I decide to try and it is bomb. The god is fresh and finger licking. This site is the best American Deli I’ve experienced. I will come back ♥️

This American Deli has huge portions and cooked to perfection. I had the tilapia and had enough for 2 people and my daughter got the shrimp fried rice which was loaded with shrimp and rice enough for two people as well!!! These people know how to cook!!!

They were my fav when traveling through Prattville it was a must but yesterday was disappointing, they have changed their wings that are now smaller than wingettes; which is fine but don’t go up on your prices in the process and some of the wings were not clean as pictured below which is yucky! The server was very nice. They take call ins but don’t prepare them until you arrive at the store unless you prepay over the phone which they don’t ask if you’d like to do to avoid waiting around; so I don’t understand the purpose of call in.
