This is my favorite Wendy’s in brick. The food and service are really good and it’s very clean inside. Every time I’ve been here the foods been fresh, especially the fries,and I hate when fries get cold. The fountain drinks are good too and not watered down. The drive through is great too, they’re pretty fast and have never messed up my order.

This is normally a good location. However, they hired a bunch of new people. One is less to be desired who works at a drive-thru window. I’m not sure if he’s slow or just plain creepy. He’s got a major staring problem. I already got him twice and he seems to like to cause problems. I have no problem putting people in their place, but this corporation really needs to get it together on who they hire. These kind of people they are hiring is unacceptable. Thankfully, I’m not the only one.

Never use the drive thru . Always stale left over cold food that should have been discarded hours ago . Not to mention , that you have to check your order because there have been a few times it was shorted . They take your order and make you pay and often time tell you to pull to the side and wait for your order which is not worth the wait . I also wonder what happened to such things as courtesy ? Not even a Thank you. Way over priced

The person working the drive through window on 10/2 around 5:45pm needs some training on politeness. They gave us the wrong order which isn’t the first time at this location and just couldn’t care less about it. Perhaps this person shouldn’t be customer facing.

In drive thru they kept staring at us and laughing. And it wasnt the kind of laughing where it was nice. The associates kept staring, and when handed food they were rude. 2pm order.
