Giuliana’s Pizza has been my go-to spot since 2019, and my loyalty grew even stronger after my most recent experience.
I always order the regular beef pepperoni pizza with light cheese and extra sauce. This time, I wanted the Sicilian with its thicker crust, I couldn’t resist.
After returning home, my family and I noticed the beef pepperoni might have been pork. Since the restaurant was closed, we had to wait until the next day to address it.
When I returned, I explained what happened, and the staff was incredibly apologetic and understanding.
Even without a manager on-site, the team went above and beyond to make it right. They quickly remade the pizza, apologized sincerely the entire time, and treated me with respect and patience.
When I asked about the pepperoni, the cook personally brought out both types to show me the difference. He didn’t have to do that, but he did it to reassure me.
I was having a stressful week, and they made me feel seen and valued. That’s more than my money could buy.
This shows how much they care about their food and their customers, and this is why I keep coming back.
The pizza was mouthwatering as always, and the way they handled the situation makes me feel even more confident recommending them to you.

This must be under new ownership i ordered a cheesesteak im from Philadelphia so I know what a great one taste like and this so far off the Mark the steak is the worse and the fries which were overpriced were horrible I will never order from them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Food was not prepared well, I called to ask a simple question about the minimum amount of sauce on my shrimp scampi, the owner took my question personal and became very unprofessional. I will never eat there again!

I placed a large order (over $100!) on Saturday, 12/16, for a 2:15 pick-up. As a first-time customer who recently moved to the area, I was excited to try your establishment. Unfortunately, this experience will likely be my last.
When I politely requested a to-go sauce cup to add crushed red peppers, I was told by the cashier I could either have a small foil square (not even a full sheet) or pay $1 for a sauce cup. While this may seem like a minor issue, gestures like these can go a long way in making a customer feel valued. Unfortunately, I left feeling the opposite.
I must say, the food was excellent, but the lack of consideration in customer service has left a negative impression.

I went today with my workers and we were greeted good at first the pizza slices were great. The older gentleman spoke to us in Spanish and was good to us at first. But when it was time to pay. One of my workers payed before the rest of us got done eating. And once the rest of us payed. He accused us of not paying. Basically stealing. We went over everything with him.and he was still acussing us of not paying in front of other people that were standing close to him, it was embarrassing. We explained that one of the guys payed before everyone else. And he was still doubting us. Told us we were free to go. But never apologized. He really thought we actually didn’t pay 5 slices ♂️ cameras are there for a reason we all payed and still got accused. And after we proved we had payed. he didn’t even offer an apology. He was still talking about us with the other people who were next to him. I guess still blaming us. It’s not my fault he forgets things. Next time just look at the cameras instead of blaming people because you forget that they already payed you.!!! Will never eat there again. Awful experience. Just because we’re Hispanic and we were dirty because we were working and it was our lunch time. doesn’t mean we would leave without paying. Thank god We have more than enough to buy the restaurant if we wanted too. Shouldn’t judge based on appearance. Hopefully you don’t do that to none else!!!!

My family and I order from them all the time, for years now. And for the first time we had an issue with the pizza. I kindly called and said the pizza tasted stale, the bread was so tough you couldn’t even get a bite, and the wings were so hard fried, after I asked for lightly cooked wings. The woman who answered the phone was really kind but the so called “manager” had the worse attitude ever. He proceeded to question me about the pizza asking me how many slices I ate, what time did I eat the pizza. Like what? The pizza arrived and we ate it about 15-20 mins later when all of my family was ready to eat. The manager gave me the worse attitude and told me that I was “wrong, and that he was giving me the FACTS” He told me I can come in and watch him make the pizza. It’s very unfortunate because I had been ordering from them for years. I didn’t even ask for anything, or for any money back, I just called to give my opinion. I will NEVER EAT FROM THEM AGAIN. And it’s not even because of the stale pizza and hard wings, it’s because the manager told me I was WRONG and questioned me like I was making it up. I am really shocked and appalled at how I was treated from my local pizza place. Buyer beware, apparently they are NEVER wrong, but instead the customer who spends their money is.

I ordered delivery online and after waiting for over an hour the pie of pizza was cold, and the 18$ baked raviolis only came with 4 small raviolis. Ive ordered here a couple times in the past and never had a problem but this time the raviolis were small and undercooked in the middle. I called the restaurant and the manager refused to work with me and even refused a partial refund. Im very disappointed because i really did like the place.
