We’ve come here a few times and have enjoyed our sandwiches very much each time! We also had some delivered by doordash and still just as good!! I love the club and my sons love the chicken bacon ranch! I can never get a pic of their sandwiches because they disappear ♀️. Thank you!

Wife and I usually go to a different Jersey Mike’s but this one’s near our house so we went had a decent experience. Came back the next week with a totally different experience. Both of us ordered the same sandwich one of the new hot ones. When they handed the sandwiches to us We realize that they got the order wrong. It was the wrong bread, a few toppings wrong and was not Mike’s way. My wife did not want to have her remade , but I did. I went up and asked them to remake it. My wife finished her meal and I was waiting on mine and after just over 30 minutes of being at the restaurant, I went up to the counter and asked on the status. They said it’s being worked on. Then the cashier went on break. I noticed went back up again and asked the new person where my sandwich was, and she inquired with the person making the hot food in the back she came up made a really rude comment threw the sandwich towards me on the shelf, mumbled something and walked off. I just didn’t know what to say at that point. Ate my sandwich left submitted complaint to the owner on Jersey Mike’s website that night and I’ve yet to hear anything and it’s been 5 days. Will not be visiting the store ever again. Tried to give the owner a chance to at At least apologize or something this is the world we live in I guess we’re Just expected to spend a lot of money on a sandwich and expect to be rudley treated and have to wait 30 minutes for your correct order… owner seems to take customers for granted and that they don’t have a choice. Wrong.

I had an online order for two #3’s and one #56. We ended up having car issues so we going to arrive 45 minutes late. I called and they told me that they would remake all of the sandwiches. I really appreciated their customer service by doing this. When my son arrived for pickup the workers asked if we were ok, which was going above. They apparently thought that we were in a car accident, but the point is that they cared enough to ask! Great job Jersey Mike’s Team!!!!

I ordered a #7 with pepperoni and it was amazing! It was perfectly messy and dripping with oil and vinegar just like I asked for. The service was great, all 3 folks working the counter were wonderful and engaging. Definitely worth fighting the traffic in the shopping center.

I walked into the restaurant a young lady was sweeping to other associates were behind the counter but no one bothered to great me. A minute or so later a different lady came from the back with supplies in her arms and greated me. I ordered a #2 Jersey Shore on rosemary cheese bread and #7 Turkey Provelone sub in a tub. Instead of what I ordered, she mixed the subs up. In my opinion, the service at this location has gone down tremendously. I usual visit the location on Rocky River Rd but I stopped here because I was shopping in Afton Village.

My sandwich was so soggy who ever made it literally the worst sandwich ever and I had the chicken bacon sub and i wouldn’t recommend coming here go to firehouse or subway! The one on the grill in the back mess up sandwich that need to be cook ! Bread was overly soggy couldn’t eat the sandwich I will never go back !

I have ordered from many Jersey Mikes in the area, and this one is the best! I order lunches from them several times a week for my office. Everyone loves the subs! Everything is always perfect. The manager Kyle goes above and beyond for me and delivers my orders personally. Cannot say enough about Kyle and his team. Worst Jersey Mike’s food I’ve ever had. Wife ordered a sub in a bowel and got only meat and cheese. No lettuce tomato or anything else. My $16 giant big kahuna had only burnt dried out meat, two slices of cheese a few peppers and one sliver of onion. Will not be back
