I absolutely hate the pre baked Detroit dough, wished they’d go back to making it in stores, but when it’s done right it’s great. The Detroit style slice n stix was covered to the edges with cheese, the stix had the spice mix and garlic, hot from the oven (never a hot n ready but I prefer to wait the 10 minutes for a freshy). It’s my go-to lunch meal. Wish the menu online ($5.99 Detroit slice n stix with 20 oz drink) matched the in-store menu (this isn’t offered in-store only separately for $8-9) LC really needs to fix the app and allow gift cards to be used on mobile orders or have consistent menus online and in-store. Really though, who checked prices online and expects them to match the price in-store? Everyone!

I ordered two pizzas for pickup at 8, 2 full hrs before they closed. I even decided to call them ahead to make sure my food was ready, nobody answered the phone…. So I decided to come anyways. I pullup see both workers outside their cars 25 minutes before they were supposed to close having a conversation by their cars. I ask them can I get my order and they proceeded to disrespect me and tell me I cant get my food because “they” closed early. Female worker even pointed and threatened me for getting upset that I COULDNT GET MY PAID FOR FOOD

I went a little while back to get a pretzel crust with the cheddar cheese sauce. I ordered online and I picked up the order, but when I got home i realized it was made with tomato sauce instead of cheddar sauce. I attempted to call, but the phone line appeared busy. I tried calling next day, same issue with the phone. I went in person and was informed they didn’t have the cheddar sauce in stock so they just use red sauce. I think its crazy substituting that without telling the recipient. I was also told the phones were “down”. It has been a month or two since then and I figured if they had the cheese sauce in stock I’ll try again. But, the phones are still always down when I call. I don’t know how a pizza business, especially a chain has their phones down all the time.

Delivery driver was only provided half the order. He said he’d go pick up the other two pies so I decided to call the store and give them a head up. Called three times and let the phone ring constantly with no one picking up. Shitty customer service. And yall wonder why people go to these establishments and freak the hell out on the staff.

Lets start with the super long wait time for the hot and ready pizza.. which wasnt ready…. The heavyset guy said he was gonna go make some cheese pizza because there wasnt any.. when I came in he was just standing at the front.. one customer waiting…. He should have been making some.. not wait until it gets busy…. After about five minutes more customers came in… The guy never came back to the front… Until maybe five more minutes and six more customers waiting to place an order…. I prepare to pay using cash.. he says he can only take bills under a twenty… I had a twenty and it seems like he couldn’t do the math…. I got shorted a dollar.. but after the long wait I didnt feel like arguing and doing the math for him… He didnt have a care in the w… He was sitting in the back eating.. he came to the front chewing and cleaning his gums out…pizza was ok… Not fully done.. but edible… DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

Both my pizzas were damn near raw the veggies were definitely raw and the sauce was untasteable… Took both back and instead of remaking one they just ran it back through the oven and now it’s dry and the second pizza it was barely warm supposedly remade it fresh… Bullshit you gave me one that was sitting for a while. Just know I am on the line with corporate while typing this. Also they do not answer their phone and pick up and hang up

Surprisingly delicious pizza at an amazing price. Customer service was efficient and friendly. Ordered online and had a delicious pie in 17 minutes. Definitely will be back for more.
