Tony Eats Pizza
Such a cool place in Old Town area! We got the tavern style pizzas and whipped feta appetizer. Everything was very good.
One thing I will recommend is ask for a quiet table if you are making a reservation. We always try to request a booth, but that ended up not being the best area to sit, since it was loud and very orange since the only real light by us was from the neon sign. Luckily the great company, service and food made it a great meal! I would just try to sit on the quieter side of the restaurant next time.
I really love the look and decor in the restaurant. The tire swings by the smaller bar were a nice touch and really cool!

A friend visited in the spring and raved about her pizza so I couldn’t wait to eat here when we were in Chicago. Old Town is a unique area and Happy Camper is a great stop. Service was attentive and helpful. Wine was good and the pizza was fabulous! Would be a regular if I lived here!

It’s a lively spot with great energy, perfect for hanging out with friends over pizza and drinks. The pizzas are loaded with toppings and have a fun variety of flavors to choose from. The atmosphere is upbeat with a playful vibe, and it feels like a place where you can relax and have a good time. Service is friendly and quick, even when it gets busy.

Food is really good and we came for the happy hour special. Love the kale cashew salad with grilled chicken And the pizza is really good. I only remembered to take a picture afterwards, but it’s really good food! Personally, I find it kind of loud in there, but everyone super friendly and it’s nice atmosphere for that vibe

We were able to snag a quick dinner at happy camper before heading to a show. We ordered the nadene, fig, and street corn, along with a potato skin app. I would have skipped the potato skins. The nadene was so delicious that we ordered another. The street corn was surprisingly good, with the add-your-own tajin giving it a nice acidity. The fig was sweet. Cocktails were strong, if expensive.
Our waiter Kyle was great and able to take our order quickly, and brought us complementary shots as we were celebrating a bachelorette party! He made it such a memorable and fun experience.

Came for the tavern style, stayed for the traditional. The Tony had a perfect soft, doughy crust. Flamingo cocktail was spicy and strong. Cute spot overall, I’d come back.
