I had an absolutely amazing experience at IHOP! Our server Fatuma was incredible and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcomed from the moment we sat down. You could tell she genuinely cared about giving us the best experience possible. What made it even more impressive is that I later found out she was actually the manager. I had called the restaurant to speak to a manager to compliment the service, and she was the one who answered. I was honestly shocked because she never made it obvious and still gave us such genuine, attentive service while also managing. It’s rare to see someone balance so much and still provide such outstanding service. She also helped us discover our new favorite dessert, the strawberries and cream biscuit!
She made our visit memorable, and I will definitely be coming back because of her. IHOP is lucky to have someone like her on their team!

Went there last night with my daughter around 10 PM. First, I had gotten a sweet tea for my drink, but the sweet tea was so nasty like it had just been sitting there for hours so I ended up getting it switched to a Sprite I ordered the biscuits and gravy with my egg, scrambled with cheese, bacon, sausage, and added a side of ham and side of avocado. The sausage was really bad. It was not even fully cooked so I had the waitress take it. I didn’t even want them to remake it because I was already displeased by the sausage. Then my server ends up, leaving for the night a new server takes over. She didn’t even say that she was leaving, as a server because I used to be a server. You go to your table and you let your customers know that you are leaving for the night and that A new server will be taking over for you. I do not like that. My server disappeared on me like that. My first time at IHOP in a very long time and I will not be going back

Our waitress Olivia was absolutely wonderful! She was so sweet and friendly, very attentive, and was extremely patient with my goddaughter while trying to figure out what she wanted, even helping her! Next time we come back, I’ll be asking for her again.

We had a wonderful time. The food was very good. The service was excellent. Our waitress, Mayelia, kept our drinks full, brought us additional items when we asked for them, and was attentive to our needs without being obtrusive. Fatima, the manager tonight, was delightful. James was not our waiter tonight, but we’ve had him before. He’s very good.

Admittedly I went when it was very slow. But the service, the food, the cleanliness, and the atmosphere could not have been better. Exactly the perfect IHOP experience. Quick quiet and delicious.
My waitress May was amazing and got me the best price on the assortment of sides I wanted. She upgraded me to the full combo and it ended up being a $1 cheaper!

I loved the service here. The worker, Fatuma, the one wearing the Hello Kitty headband, has been really kind and patience with us and was really joyful. The food here was also good, but could use some slight enhancements. However, this restaurant was excellent and I would highly recommend it!
