This place is a joke. Did an online order the sandwiches are not toasted like they are supposed to be. We ordered a pizza, and they don’t do pizza, but I was charged for it, and the door was locked at 9 pm when they closed at 10 pm. Do not go to this location.

So I will start with the fact I thought they were closed. I pull in and all the dining room lights were off. This is at 6 pm on Wednesday. Only reason I knew they were open was the other patrons waiting in the dark. I go to place my order and was asked if I was picking up a door dash 2 times back to back by the 1 person working there. Then he proceeds to tell me all of the Ingredients he was out of for the 1 sub I ordered. After we finished with all of my substitutions he asked if I wanted it toasted a 3rd time. Once we finally agree that I had said yes 3 times we move to toppings etc. As he is putting as much mayo on it as it will possibly hold after I asked for light mayo I ask him to individually wrap it for me. He said sure. Then I watch him wrap the whole thing up and put it in a bag whole not individually wrapped as I asked. Then he asked me the most baffling question of all. With a strait face at the register he asked what I got!??? Now I’m not against hiring handicapped persons to work in any way whatsoever. But I would venture to say the “private owners” could potentially afford someone who is competent to complete the task of making a sub. Tho I may be wrong, since they weren’t able to keep the basic ingredients it takes to make all of there sandwiches in stock! So moral of the story is go across town the extra 4 miles to the other location, the clean, well lit, and competent location!

One employee working the lunch rush, with a bad attitude. No ice in the soda fountain, and stale bread. No signs posted about not accepting coupons. Unless you like being ignored, spoken to in a rude tone of voice, and hearing the one employee grumble about you after you ordered, avoid this location. Go to the one on Detroit Street instead, they have great customer service there.

The women behind the counter last night was so kind to my little girl and I feel that needs to be recognized. She even chased after us when we forgot our favorite stuffed giraffe. The sandwiches were delicious as well!

The best service I have ever had at a subway! They were busy, but both employees kept smiling! One employee was new, I believe it was her first day. I was very impressed with the manager, she knew her regulars. Great Experience! Our Sub’s were delicious! Thank You!

The manager there should be ashamed of herself. I placed an order online went to pick it up and everything was wrong when I got home so I took it back and the employee was by herself trying very hard to keep up with the people and was very kind and apologetic cause it was her first day. She even called the manager asking for help and I overheard the manager tell her it wasn’t her problem that the other help didn’t show for their shift and she was not nearby and was not going to be coming to help. What a great leader.

Best subway in the whole town. Your not treated like you inconvenience to them, they actually make your food your way, and it’s actually got non soggy veggies. You can tell the difference from this subway and the other two in town right away. They are always fast as well no matter how you are ordering your food.

I thought they were closed. No exterior lights. I waited for a minute to be helped as employees were chatting. Seemed to be more important than taking an order. I wanted a steak and cheese. Out of steak. Employee went to the freezer to get more. It was frozen. Had to microwave it. Out of pepper jack cheese. While in line an employee was joking about how the cookies were old. Thanks for the heads up. Didn’t order any of those. Pop machine dispensed straight syrup. The person after me ran into problems ordering what she wanted as well. Out of stock items.

55 minute wait in the store and I arrived at 635 when my pickup time was, didn’t say anything until the “sandwich artist” let her friend cut in line, took 3 minutes to pick spinach out of the lettuce, constantly stopped working to chat with customers and if she moved any slower time would have reversed. She made 11 sandwiches for 3 groups of people in 55 minutes. That’s 5 minutes per sandwich….holy cow was it awful. Then she says “sorry for the wait” and I asked her why she let her friend cut in front of me and she kicked me out of the store lol. The owner and his employee should be embarrassed. If you are the owner and reading this, I entered at 635 on February 9th and I’m very tall with a red shirt and a pony tail, look on your cameras.

Server 6679 (I believe her name was Amy) was such a delight to talk with. She was very personable with each customer and was able to to make each person laugh. My husband and I haven’t been to this subway before but the service today was great. Thank you!
