First things first: it’s always clean. Not just a quick wipe-down clean, but the kind of clean that makes you comfortable settling in without scanning the table twice. In the fast-casual world, that alone deserves applause.
The team there? Consistently upbeat. No matter how chaotic the dinner rush gets, the employees somehow manage to keep smiles on their faces. It feels less like a transaction and more like being welcomed by people who genuinely enjoy what they’re doing — which, let’s be honest, makes the food taste even better.
And speaking of food: top notch. The quesadillas are fresh, flavorful, and generously filled, and the smoothies are blended to that perfect not-too-thick, not-too-thin sweet spot. Whether we’re in a “let’s be healthy” mood or a “just add extra mango” mood, they never miss.
Now I have to give a special shoutout to Nick, the manager — my personal favorite. Great managers set the tone, and you can tell he runs a tight (but friendly) ship. Everything flows smoothly, and the positive vibe starts at the top.
All in all, this Eastgate location has mastered the art of quick dinner without sacrificing quality or kindness. Five stars from our family — and probably five smoothies too.

My smoothie was excellent but when I came in there were people everywhere and it wasn’t clear where I was supposed to order. Then the girl taking my order was so quiet, I had to ask her to speak up. Then there was no “have a good day, thank you.” Nothing.

This review is LONG overdue, this location is the nicest. Cleanest and most consistent tropical smoothie cafe I’ve ever been to. They are quick to get your food and smoothies out, everything is always fresh and tastes great. The staff is always friendly and hard working! They have only messed up an order of mine once (out od the hundreds of times ive been here) and they quickly fixed my order with no hesitation. I 100% recommend this location

this location is always good but today i got my açaí bowl and it was completely frozen, which is very inconvenient considering i don’t really have time to wait around for my
smoothie bowl to melt and be consumable. also the girl at the front was lowk rude ik how it is to be in food service but your employees should at least be willing to greet the customer. she didn’t even ask me what i wanted she just stared at me and waited for me to order. girl it is 10 in the morning you don’t have anything to be annoyed about she had exactly one order on the screen so it’s not like yall were busy. tropical smoothie pls do a little better

Love this place. Stop here quite often after the gym for some quick protein. Only issue I have is they NEVER have soap in the men’s bathroom! Like LITERALLY never! I’ve even brought it to the employees attention and it’s still the same. Not sure what’s up with that, but how can the male employees be washing their hands after using the restroom? Maybe this review will help them get on top of that. Other than that everything is great!

Price isn’t bad, and the food was okay. Had the Chipotle chicken club flatbread. Enjoyed the flavor, but the sandwich was a bit dry for my liking. Also got the kiwi quencher with lime add in. Smoothie was super tasty, and even if I dont get the food again, I definitely would recommend the smoothies.

Just left this place. My husband and I ordered the pesto flat bread and the pesto wrap. The lady got the order wrong,gave us 2 flat breads,when we let her know my order was incorrect,she argued with me,and then still gave me the incorrect order.
