Customer service was great but the food was awful. The chicken was so greasy and the breading was stale. Me and my family had very upset stomachs after eating here. I used to love KFC but I don’t think I’ll ever eat it again after this. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I’ve been here twice. On both occasions, I asked for no sauce, on both occasions there was sauce! I called the store and spoke with the manager. She understood, and told me to return to the store. On the last visit I was going to an very important meeting, and time was not on my side. Moral of the story DO IT RIGHT THE 1st. TIME!

Yummy! Although this last time was a little overwhelmingly greasy. And to top it off the cashier left my card in the machine then told me it declined 3x then I used a different card. Checked my bank account & I was charged 4 times in total,once on one card & 3 times on the other so for 4 meals I paid $120 which I disputed with my bank but then a few weeks later same thing except instead of being charged 4 times i was only charged twice, but at a different location. Obviously they need to train their staff to not walk away in the middle of a transaction. Because of things like this. Ugh so annoying. Very disappointing that the employees are more preoccupied messing with their phones at the register or the drive thru rather then paying attention to the customer getting charged multiple times for 1 transaction.

My family and I went there for lunch. We each got a five dollar meal box. I really like the meal except for the mash potatoes had a lot of salt and gravy. I only ate a little bit of it . My husband and kids enjoyed their meals.

Food is good and they have great deals but last night when we went for food. Not only was our order wrong but when we asked for the missing items, the person at the counter just said “oh” grande the bad and put th missing items in. No sorry or anything. Not only that but there was another customer inside who also got her order wrong. Instead of helping the person they(the staff in the back did as well) and they refused to call the manager who was “busy”. The lady then requested the manager’s number and the refused. I hope the branch supervisor sees this and reviews cameras. It was around 8:3-9:00pm

Drive thru was the only thing open. Walk-in was closed off, as with most other food establishments and they close at 10:00 p.m. I arrived there at 9:40 pm. There was one car in front of me. I was thinking, I couldn’t be so lucky, all the other drive-thru fast food establishments, Burger King, Wendy’s, McDonalds had long lines of cars backed up. Thought I had it made. I put in my order, and the girl working the register politely said, we don’t have any chicken. My response, “what??”. She explained, not for your order. All we have is grilled, and extra crispy. She agreed to fill my order with whatever they had. We were both satisfied. I ordered a large Pepsi, which she didn’t charge me for. The cashier was polite and professional, and did a wonderful job. I’ll be going back for another $20.00 meal

Fast service, fresh food! Lynette an employee there helped me in drive thru she was so friendly, gave me all the utensils I needed asked me for the sauces of my choice and also made sure all my food I ordered was in the bag. It’s was a joy coming here I will be back for sure!

Drive thru at lunch time purchased a sampler combo from long John’s inside my meal underneath the macaroni I chose for a side was a long dark black hair ….nasty I called said manager was busy so assist said come by I’ll help you ..money was refunded but no Apology for their bad service other than I’ll have the employees check the boxes…the soda filters must be dirty cause the Sierra mist had a rusty taste.
I had not been there for about 3 months..

Worst fries I’ve ever had in a KFC. They felt like they were leather shoe laces when I was chewing on them. They were sort of just warm as well. The classic chicken sandwich seemed dry and barely added temperature to eat it. What a weird visit.
