I had such a great time at Rodizio! The bartenders Lucia and Juan were incredible. super welcoming, fun, and full of great energy. You can tell they love what they do. They were shaking cocktails with big smiles and making everyone at the bar feel included.
It’s rare to find staff who make you feel at home, but they really did.

Food was cooked right and it was delicious. High quality cuts and meats and the all you can eat price was fair as well. Sides were very tasty too, dont sleep on those. All of the servers were very attentive, professional and friendly. Special shout-out to my server IACOPO.

My wife and I visited on a Saturday night and were surprised that the restaurant was not overly busy. It was steady, but there appeared to be a large number of staff on the floor, many of whom were gathered and talking with each other.
During our hour and a half visit, we were only checked on once or twice, which was disappointing. Everyone we interacted with was polite, respectful, and professional, so the issue was not with attitude, but rather with attentiveness and overall service flow.
There also did not seem to be much active serving taking place for most of the evening. We spent a considerable amount of time waiting while multiple staff members were present but not circulating regularly.
One staff member who did stand out was Jesus. He was consistently active, attentive, and polite, and appeared to be one of the few servers actively bringing meat to guests. His professionalism and effort were noticeable and appreciated.
Overall, the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were kind, but the level of attentiveness and service did not match expectations for this type of dining experience.

Great experience having dinner here. For $50 you can get all you can eat here, which is a good price for the quality and taste of the food! Perfect for families, a date night or just a group outing. I recommend trying the Brazilian Limeade as this is a delicious, creamy traditional Brazilian drink. Servers were very attentive and kind and food came out quickly. If you want a specific request you can also let the servers know and they’ll bring you the cut of meat you’d like.

We went to Rodizio Grill in Denver for date night and it was amazing. The food was really good and the service was outstanding.
Our server, Aurora, was very attentive and took her time explaining everything. All of the gauchos were knowledgeable on the meats they were serving. Miguel in particular always made sure the cut of meat he was serving to us was to our liking. We will definitely be back!

The location is fantastic, easy to find and perfect for a night out. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and top-tier hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive without being overbearing — they made us feel welcomed and taken care of the entire evening.
The all-you-can-eat salad bar was packed with fresh, high-quality options — from crisp greens to unique Brazilian sides, there was something for everyone. But the real star? The unlimited BBQ meat. Absolutely mouthwatering! From perfectly grilled beef and chicken to savory pork and lamb, every bite was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection.
I also loved the simple but clever red/green block system on the table — green means bring on the meat, red means I need a breather. It was fun, easy, and gave us total control of the pace.
