I literally daydream over Pepe Bistro’s enchiladas with black beans, sweet potato and cashew cheese.
Gracias por tanto!
The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. My partner ordered a burrito and said it was delicious, and we both really appreciated having tasty vegan-friendly options that didn’t feel like an afterthought.
Overall, just a genuinely great experience with great people and great food. We’ll definitely be back!
How have I not known about this place. I love to eat vegan, and I love some great prime rib. This would be an awesome place to go even if you are a carnivore. The food is that good.
The food is expertly, seasoned and flavorful. The vibe goes way beyond the food. The environment is inclusive and supportive.
A++ worthy is 6 stars!
I already knew I wanted the Quesadilla. This is not a usual order for me but the maple espresso roasted apples it contained piqued my curiosity! It was rich and savory, a bit spicy. The guac was extra yummy. My husband went with the Pita BBQ Tacos. He loves mushrooms and BBQ, perfect choice!
Menu changes weekly. Hours are sometimes extended and he does various events so check the Pepe’s Bistro page. There is also a grab-and-go cooler with soups, burritos, and desserts. Namely his famous Avocado Cheesecake!
It is a cool little place. We were both greeted by Pepe and addressed once again before he took off with a kind Thank You for stopping by.
The winter months are a struggle, as they are for many. If you are looking for a local place to support, this is a Great start!
I’d give 5/5 for the ambiance, purpose, character and attitude of Pepe.
He’s the founder of Bike Kitchen (search for it if you don’t know about it — it’s a bicycle non for profit) and I got my first real bike from there.
