Music was terrible. Country the entire time!!! Our server, Lisa was wonderful. She did say the music was mixed but it was awful Country throughout our lunch. Spinach dip was cold and had to get sent back. The second time around it was good. Salsa was good. Raspberry tea mixed with peach was really good and I had two glasses. Our buffalo chicken wrap sandwich was cold but we didn’t sai anything and the well done fries were mushy.

Food was great, place was clean, staff was friendly. The only issue was the waitress, but I will express she was nice. The problem was she would disappear and not be seen for quite a while. This happened the whole visit. It was abnormal, but that is the only issue we had. Food came out timely, it was just before and after service. Had to ask another employee for something once. Everything else was good. And those crescent rolls!!!! So good.

We haven’t had Cheddars in five years. We were excited to stop in. However, it took more than 8 minutes for anyone to greet us, and the service was not the best. Drinks came, and after 20 minutes, we got one refill. The food was just okay. Visually, it looked amazing. Taste was not the best. We still enjoy this place when we find it and will try again.

We’ve have dined here several times, but unfortunately, the quality has noticeably declined since COVID. Despite the restaurant not being busy during our visit, we waited at least four or five minutes at the host stand before anyone acknowledged us. Our server seemed overwhelmed and wasn’t very attentive throughout the meal. The food didn’t meet expectations, and the overall cleanliness—especially the floors—left much to be desired. Sadly, it just wasn’t a pleasant experience, and we’re unlikely to return.

I was served undercooked chicken in 3 meals we ordered to go. Called immediately when we found out the chicken was raw in the middle to let the manager know. Was told wed get a refund for the order and a gift card for the experience via email. Meal was not refunded and gift card was never sent. Pretty sick that this is how a restaurant would handle serving UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN. The woman manager whom I spoke with is a liar and clearly didn’t care my family could’ve gotten sick from the cooks not doing their job. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE!!!

Okay, this was quite the experience. I’ll spoil it for you and let you know one thing; Shannon and the management of this establishment are top notch folks.
If my order was King Arthur’s sword, none of those kitchen workers could’ve lifted it. 8oz fillet, coleslaw, and green beans. Pretty simple, right? My lovely lady ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries.
20 minutes go by and we get our spinach dip. It wasn’t shabby!
45 minutes go by, no entre. One hour goes by, no entre.
Shannon, our server, is clearly upset by this, confused, not sure why this is happening. “It’s all good!”, we say, as we continue waiting.
Well, 90 minutes go by. Still nothing. Shannon comes back, and she’s flabbergasted.
Just as we’re about to call it a night, pushing two hours, Shannon comes with our food to-go.
Our food was not really worth the wait, but I’ll give it to em – two hours for a steak will obviously make it taste like rubber.
Shoutout to Shannon and the manager, can’t remember her name, but she was also sweet. Cheddars, you have a place in my heart, just don’t order the 8 oz fillet, or the kitchen may start hiring!

We came to Cheddar’s restaurant at first time and waiting time is so long around 8 to 10 minutes 1 waitress came and greet us and allotted table. Food is average need to improve for it more on seasoning. We order trio combo meal, spaghetti lasagna. Garlic bread is good soft and cheese burger without beef patties they didn’t slightly melted cheese slice. Gave me cold cheese slice with burger bun. We ordered sweet tea and served with 1 st time on correctly and asked with refill back sweet tea she came served with us on after 15 mins unsweetened tea. Almost finished our dinner so I didn’t requested to change for it. Service was bit slow. I understand only 3 waitress only taking care of whole restaurant. Atmosphere was good.

He said his was excellent. You may get great service if you are a certain group of people. The food took forever to come out. I literally waited 45 minutes for my food to arrive. I saw certain groups of families be seated way after me and received their food with a smile way before me. The waitress said that the manager would Comp my meal, but when the manager came to the table and saw what I looked like, she never mentioned anything about discounting my meal. Meanwhile, the couple right across from me experienced a long wait time for their food, and the manager immediately came over and told them that their meal would be free. Of course that couple didn’t look like me “If you know what I mean”. I will never go to Cheddars in Mt. Juliet EVER again!!!!!!!! And the sad part about it is, that was my favorite restaurant…….Oh well… guess I’ll find a new restaurant (But not in racist Mt. Juliet).
