If I could leave less than 1 star I would. The manager needs fired!!! She is a terrible person who is very rude and will yell and and cuss at you if she feels like it. I came in to pickup a DoorDash that was scheduled for 7:30 and I was only a couple min late but they had it scheduled for 7 and instead of being nice and understanding or wanting to learn more about why the incident happened, she comes out of the kitchen to yell at me, call me names, degrade me bc she’s a miserable person. I called her higher ups… hope they take action bc from what I heard this isn’t her first and won’t be her last!

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I waited in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes for a single bowl of soup, including about 10 minutes at the pickup window. During that time, I could see multiple staff members standing around, talking, and not taking orders seriously. When I expressed my concern about the wait, the response from the staff was dismissive. It was clear they did not care. I’ve always enjoyed Panera, but the customer service I received this time was unacceptable

I have an egg allergy. Since Panera has an allergen menu, I’m usually confident in looking up what to order and have never had problems in the past. They also allow you to add your allergen to your order, which helps add a bit of confidence that the kitchen staff will be mindful of what you order and avoid possible cross contamination…
Today I ordered the Chicken Pesto Dipper, which does not list egg as an ingredient online. When I got my order home and bit into the sandwich, I realized my sandwich was made with a jalapeño spread, not pesto. Online it says the jalapeño spread contains mayo which is an egg based ingredient. Not only was my order wrong, it was very wrong considering egg allergy was even noted on the receipt as having been double checked. I won’t return to this location because I would not trust them with my allergen concern.

I witnessed the day shift manager on February 10th 2026 publicly ridicule a DoorDash driver for being a few minutes late due to a bad accident on the highway. She called him a “dumbass idiot” in front of customers. The poor young man was just doing his job. People like this do NOT belong in a management position and should be FIRED! I will never go back to this location. You should be ashamed of yourself!!!!

I ordered 1 coffee, 1 chocolate chip cookie and 1 raisin (it was hard by the way). Instead of telling me they didn’t have chocolate chip cookies available they gave me two raisin cookies. When I asked about the chocolate chip they told me they couldn’t be served yet. He asked for the cookie back and then I had to wait for them to bring me the one cookie. The problem I have is they made a decision for me without asking if I was okay with it and then took food back when they had already gave it to me. The problem is they made a decision for me without my knowledge or considering the consumers needs. I really hope they did not resell the cookie I had already grabbed and placed back in the bag. After 15 minutes I was brought the cookie.

My daughter and I ordered two bowls of soup. I put my spoon in it and the BOWL went halfway up a spoon. How is that a bowl of soup for $9?!?!?!? What a joke. The grilled cheese was so sopping wet with butter the bread was soggy and gross.

This is top-shelf review that I almost don’t want to leave, in fear that it might become crowded. But, it is not right for me to keep this gem to myself. This Panera is my favorite of all Panera’s I have visit. And, as a perennial Sip Club member, I have visited a lot! It is clean and pleasant inside and has all the greenery outside. See you there next week!

It’s not too busy unlike some fast casual chain restaurants out there which means you focus and get some work done. The food is exactly the same as any other Panera bread location. The staff members are friendly and they do a great job.

We had a lunch event catered and they did as expected. For chain restaurants, I give three stars if they met all expectation with service and quality of food. If they excel at something then they get more stars. Bread, veggies and meat were fresh. I recommend them for lunch or catering if it meets the ambiance of the meeting. I always enjoy the cookies!
