If you’re looking for a Taco Bell tacos that are $15 with warm mushy 15$ guacamole, and all of it had flavor. Watery beans. Was served ground beef tacos instead of chicken. The chicken tasted old. But if this sounds like a dream to you ,Then you should go here.

I’ve been visiting Hacienda Colorado for 10+ years and have always loved their crispy thin chips, salsa and their bean/soup side they offer as it’s unique to anywhere else I’ve visited.
Upon being seated at this location we noticed right away that the chips have changed drastically for the worse, their bagged/Sysco chips now with no flavor and their salsa is watered down so much that it has absolutely no flavor either.
We ended up leaving & will never come back to this establishment considering what it used to be and what it’s turned into. Not surprised that the place was a ghost town at 1230pm on a Wednesday, nobody is going there anymore.

Food was horrible. Everything tasted bitter? The queso was thick and grainy, with a strange citrus flavor, with burnt peppers garnishing it. Chips tasted stale and oily, salsa was near flavorless. Steak quesadilla tasted bitter and somewhat sour. Bean and cheese burrito had to be remade 2 times and still did not come out correct (yes, a bean and cheese burrito). Curious if the change in management / ownership has to do with this… we used to love this location and would come in frequently. Disappointed is an understatement, we will not be back.

Javon server was AWESOME!! We had a great experience. We’re in town for my birthday and Broncos vs Patriots game and we’re so glad we stopped here. But really, Javon made the experience. He was the best server-bartender we’ve had in a long time! The hostess was also VERY sweet and welcoming. All around experience and food was excellent!

This used to be our absolute favorite restaurant in the Denver area. We travel several times a year from the western slope and there has never been any question about our first stop – even before checking into the hotel. Until today. Ownership has changed since we last ate here and it is abundantly clear the new owners do not know Mexican food. Seriously!?! What MEXICAN restaurant does not have BURRITOS on the menu??? Not to fear, however! If you are dining at a Mexican restaurant and looking for rainbow trout with sautéed lump crab and lemon garlic butter or ribs, you are in luck! They have both! Beyond disappointed! We will not be considering giving this restaurant another chance as months worth of similar reviews from many different customers have clearly fallen on deaf and indifferent ears. Taco Bell would have been more satisfying for half the price. Customers beware!!!

Great dinner experience. The food was delicious, hot, and served quickly. The service was exceptional. Our waiter knew the menu very well and was able to help us with an a la carte order for a dish they no longer listed (the menu was recently reduced).
The atmosphere was pleasant and had a family vibe (there’s also a bar on the other side of the restaurant.
The churros were the best I’ve ever had outside Miami.
Highly recommended, and we will be back.

Used to go quite often 10 years ago but their service started slipping. However we recently went again and were pleasantly surprised. They have a great 3-6pm Happy Hour in the bar where you can also be served dinner. Their “Taco Tuesday” is a GREAT deal! Crystal is a very attentive manager and Toni behind the bar provides fanTAStic service. Will definitely start going more often again!

If you have been here in the past and you expect it to be the same quality and experience, you should pass and just go to Taco Bell. The menu has gotten smaller and most of the popular options have been removed. Our food came out cold and had about as much flavor as a warm piece of lettuce. It’s a real bummer for such an amazing restaurant to go down hill so quickly. Also, what kind of Mexican restaurant does not have burritos!

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious and the ambiance was great, but what truly made our visit special was the service. Geetha was extremely attentive, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our meal. Her recommendations were excellent, and she went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. Highly recommend this place, and definitely ask for Geetha if you visit!

Had a wonderful dining experience at Hacienda in Lone Tree! The food was delicious, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. A special shout-out to Geetha, who served us—she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Her positive attitude truly elevated our experience. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and excellent service!
