The food was absolutely delicious. I went to the one in Orange Park. I was so disappointed so I decided I would go to this one. The manager at Orange Park. He said please try and come back so I did. I had the blossom hamburger absolutely delicious loaded potato soup. It was good. The baked potato was delicious. The waitress was very good. The place was very clean except for the bathroom. Just need to work on the restroom but whoever cooked the food knew what the hell they were doing and I will definitely be back. Thanks to the Manager at Orange So you deserve a thank you

It’s Outback so let’s set expectations correctly right out of the gate. This is not a 5 star restaurant and it never will be and honestly it’s not supposed to be. It’s a solid 4 star chain steakhouse and that’s exactly how it should be judged. With that said everything about this meal was done right. The steaks were cooked exactly as ordered and had good flavor not drowned in nonsense. The shrimp and toppings were on point and actually added to the steak instead of covering up mistakes. Sides came out hot fresh and in real portions not that sad half scoop you get at some places. Drinks were good and refilled without having to hunt someone down and service was attentive without hovering. Nobody at the table had complaints which almost never happens. For what Outback is supposed to be this was a very good experience and I’d come back without hesitation.

Unfortunately, several items in the order were incorrect and there were quality issues as well.
For multiple meals, I ordered broccoli and potatoes as the sides, but instead received two servings of broccoli. There was also not enough dressing included for the salads.
In addition, one of the steaks that was ordered medium was sent very undercooked. Even being generous, it was rare and quite raw inside. Another steak was extremely salty and difficult to enjoy.
With the size of the order, this was very disappointing.

This was Probably the BEST Experience ever at a Restaurant. Falon was such an Amazing hostess. She was on top of her game big time. We didn’t need to ask for anything.

I tried this Outback for the first time while in Jacksonville. I was in on business so I used hotel delivery instead of dining in. It was delivered quickly and came as ordered and hot. Outback is a go to for me and rarely do they disappoint. This restaurant was the same. I’d definitely recommend.

This location is always consistent.Food is always hot and fresh. Our waitress/ bartender was excellent. Definitely returning and recommend. They even sang the happy bday song. Such a great staff. The only thing I noticed was poor lighting in the parking lot. It felt a bit unsafe walking to the car.

Wr had a holiday luncheon for work for around 25 people. They accommodated the group and had us all sitting close. The service with this many people is not always great but the staff did an amazing job making sure the drinks here never empty and the food was not too long of a wait. Kudos to the chef(s) for getting it done and with great flavor. Thank you for the great service!

I had pretty much given up on Outback based on the last few I’d been to in the last year. I will drive from St Augustine to this one from now on. The service and food was phenomenal and they were slammed busy at the time also. It was packed and now I know why. The apps, steak, sides and drinks were all wonderful. Will be back for sure.

Only negative thing was they played country music the entire time. Not my taste but it’s the south and a steakhouse. Food was great cooked exactly how I prefer. Had the Alice springs chicken with steak. I don’t care for traditional honey mustard sauce but theirs was phenomenal. Went perfectly with the chicken breast and cheese. 8oz steak felt like a good size and didn’t have any extra fat or gristle. Bushman bread was terrific as always. Service was stellar. Quick, friendly, and anticipated my needs. I didn’t care for the blackberry martini. Again not to my taste but If you like martini it was decent. Had too much citrus overpowering the blackberry I was looking for. I was too full for desert but my server gave me a to go bread and drink. She offered before I could even ask. Had a pleasant meal. Thank you.
